18 Global Leadership 2030 Consortium Developing the Next Generation of Global Leaders It s one thing to learn about global business practice in a classroom; it s quite another to grasp the nuances of another culture by exploring village life outside Chennai, India, or meeting migrant workers in Shanghai, China. Since 1998, Global Leadership 2030 (GL2030) consortium member companies have relied on the program to prepare high-potentials to take on transnational leadership assignments critical for growth. This total immersion program is designed to give top liberal arts, science, and engineering undergrads practical, marketable business skills. At Bridge, students pursue a small number of critical business areas accounting, finance, managerial economics, marketing, strategy, and management communication.
