Introduction Striving to expand the scope of services rendered, complying with all requirements of modern technologies, and ensuring individual approach to each customer, Raiffeisen Bank offers you service providing information on status of your accounts and performing transactions with the accounts via Raiffeisen Connect internet bank. Raiffeisen Connect objective is to ensure high reliability and financial security of our customers offering a convenient tool for remote access to and management of banking products. We hope that our service will be useful and convenient to you. 3 2. Raiffeisen Connect User Manual 2.1 Getting Started Enter your personal page containing information on bank products through Client Login menu on Connect website ( Picture 1. Home Page Enter your login and password in the corresponding fields to access the system. Usually, User Name (Login) consists of combination of English letters and numbers, Password consists of 6 symbols (combination of 5 capital English letters and one number). Notes: You should have Login (User Name) and Password to access the system. You can get your Login and Password in any branch of the Bank. We recommend that you read the service rules and tariffs in Connect system. You can find them on the system s website in Service Rules and Tariffs menus. For higher security, time of connection to the system server is limited to 30 minutes, after that you will have to re-enter the system. After authorization and entering the system, you will be able to check your account and card status ( Current Accounts, Debit Cards, Credit Cards tabs), information on deposits ( Deposits tab), history of loan payments and the next expected amount of payment ( Credits and «Credit Cards» tabs). In addition, you will be able to find unique personal offers of the Bank ( Offers for You tab) and subscribe to SMSnotification service ( SMS-notification menu). Additionally, in case of connection to Raiffeisen Connect system Page 3 of 50

4 with receipt of Single-Use Passwords via SMS and/or on card reader, you will be able to use service of active operations in Connect system pay for you mobile, Internet, digital TV, and other services online 1, draw up requests for funds transfer in rubles and in foreign currency, submit applications for deposits opening, replenishment and partial withdrawal, buy up investment shares of Raiffeisen Capital Management Company, etc. Using Settings menu, you will be able to reset your Password and other personal data. 2.2 General View, Personal Page Menu Central part of the screen contains tabs with names of the bank products Accounts; Debit Cards; Credit Cards; Deposits; Credits; PEPs. The same links are repeated in the vertical menu on the left side of the screen for navigation convenience. This menu also contains additional options: Offers for You; Requests Log; Exchange Rates. Top part of the screen shows the following functions: Settings; Transactions Confirmation; Security; SMS-Notification. Picture 2. 5 2.3 Accounts and Debit Cards After selection of Current Accounts Section (see pic. 2.) the left-side vertical menu displays the list of available options: Brief statement; Statement; Payment for services; Accounts opening; Ruble transfers; Payments to Russian budget; Internal transfers and conversion; Foreign currency transfers within Russia; Foreign currency transfers outside Russia After selection of Debit Cards Section (see pic. 3.) the left-side vertical menu displays the list of available options: Brief statement; Statement; Card account statement; Account details; Payment for services; Card replenishment; Instant transfer between cards; Card locking. Debit Cards Section To see detailed information about an account or a card: click on Current Accounts tab (or Debit Cards / Credit Cards to see information about the card); select the required account (card) in the circle on the left side; select the required service: Statement (transactions performed during the month), Brief Statement (last 10 transactions); confirm your choice by clicking OK button. 6 *Other values in Current Accounts sub-menu ( Deposit Opening, Ruble Transfers, etc.) are covered by the service of Raiffeisen Connect active operations (see cl. 2.10) The screen will show a page with account (card) statement (see pic.4) reflecting transactions performed during the last month. Account statement includes: the period, for which data is selected ( Account statement for the period from through ); account number; account currency; total receipts for the selected period; total expenses for the selected period; the list of transactions for the selected period (in the form of a table). Posting date means the date of funds moving from/to account (date of transaction and actual date of funds debiting from/crediting to account may differ, for instance when executing transactions with the card). Picture 4. Card Statement Form of card statement is similar to account statement. Definition: Allocated funds amount means the amount of funds related to transactions, under which financial settlements have not be performed yet 1 (locked funds); the statement shows allocated funds amounts in red; Value date for transactions with currency conversion, means the date, for which the exchange rate was taken for recalculation of payment amount (usually it is the same date as the posting date). Picture 5. Current Account Brief Statement The table with the list of transactions contains the amount in the currency of a transaction and the amount in the currency of account. Page 6 of 50

7 Definition: Amount in the currency of transaction means the amount in foreign currency, which is used by a retail outlet, in which you performed a transaction; To see account details, click on the corresponding line in Current Accounts, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards Sections. 8 To export accounts statements to home accounting programs, open the account statement and under the list of transactions click on the icon corresponding to the required export file format: Text format of table data representation Quicken Interchange format Open Financial Exchange format You will be suggested to save the file on your drive. When the file is saved on the drive, it is ready to be imported into your home accounting program. 2.4 Credit Cards When you select Credit Cards in Section menu, Credit Cards tab will be opened, which contains the list of credit cards the customer holds, and a submenu will be opened in the left-side menu: Periodical statement; Brief statement; Statement; Account details; Payment for services; Card replenishment; Instant transfer between cards; Card locking. Credit Cards When you select a card and click on Periodical Statement menu line, the screen will be opened, which contains the following fields: Field with period list; Cardholder s name; Account; Card number; Credit limit available; Total amount of debt; Grace period debt; Minimum payment; Repayment deadline; Credit limit; Interest accrued; Outstanding debt; Outstanding interest; Credit limit overdraft; Posting date; Page 8 of 50

9 Value date; Transaction date; Description; Amount in the transaction currency; Inflow; Outflow. To export the statement in the required format, click on the corresponding icon: Picture 8. Credit card periodical statement Periodical statement shows information on allocated funds in red. All such transactions are reflected in the statement for the current period. If you are checking periodical statement on the date of statement generation for corresponding period, Minimum payment and Grace period debt fields will read calculation in progress. This information ( Minimum payment and Grace period debt ) you will be able to see on the next day after the calculation date. You may sort the statement by any selected column. To do that, you have to click on sort button in the header of the column, by which you intend to sort data. 2.5 Deposits In Deposits tab, you may see the information on opened deposits: Date of deposit agreement opening; Deposit closing date; Page 9 of 50

10 Number of days of a deposit period; Deposit currency; Description; Initial deposit amount; Interest rate; Deposited amount; Amount of interest to accrue as of the agreement closing date. Detailed information about the deposit also shows amount of interest by the agreement expiration date. * Depending on the terms and conditions of the agreement, deposit interest may be transferred to the current account (without capitalization) or may be added to the deposit balance after agreement expiration (with capitalization). The agreement may also be automatically renewed under the same terms and conditions for the next period (with automatic renewal). ** If the deposit interest is transferred to the current account, the statement shows it in the line marked as INTEREST, e.g. INTEREST Credits If you opened credit with Raiffeisen Bank, information on this product you may see in the corresponding Credits tab. It contains data on: credit issue date and repayment period; currency; credit amount; interest rate; date and amount* of the next payment; balance of principal debt. * Credit payment consists of two parts: repayment of principal debt and payment of interest; it should be noted that principal debt will only be reduced by the amount of debt repayment part, and the other part you pay to the bank as an interest for credit use. Credit statement additionally shows the repaid amount and payments schedule. This schedule contains the following fields: transaction date (date when repayment was performed); transaction currency; interest payment amount; principal debt repayment amount. Total amount to be paid. * Current payment amount = interest payment amount + principal debt repayment amount. ** Credit payments are also reflected in account statement: Example of credit reflection in a statement: LOAN TO 02OCT , Statement line corresponding to current payment: LOAN REPAY VAL03OCT03Y Page 10 of 50

Credit information 2.7 SMS-Notification SMS-Notification service represents an information service allowing you to receive SMS-messages to your telephone when performing payments using your bank card, and it is designed to additionally control payments. SMS-notifications service operates as follows: after a transaction is performed with your bank card (funds allocation 1 ), you will receive a SMS-message to the registered mobile phone number, such message will include: last four digits of the card number; withdrawn amount (in the transaction currency); brief description of the transaction; available balance (in the card currency). Example of SMS-message: Karta:*1234; Provedena tranzakcija: 10.00USD; Data: ; Mesto: ATM 123 MOSCOW; Dostupny Ostatok:100.00USD (Card:*1234; Transaction performed: 10.00USD; Date:Apr-01, 2013; Location: ATM 123 MOSCOW; Available balance:100.00usd) To subscribe to SMS-notifications service, you will have to: enter the system using your User Name (Login) and Password; enter SMS-notification menu; use master of subscription to the service and subscribe the required cards to this service. Using subscription master: Step 1: Enter mobile phone number. Enter mobile phone number in international format 7KODTNUMBER, where 7 is the code of Russia (if the telephone is registered in another country, enter the corresponding country code instead of 7 ), KOD is the code of cell operator or city code (for direct numbers), TNUMBER is your telephone number. E.g If you have already entered your mobile number earlier, please select the required number from the list, and leave the mobile number input field empty. Press [OK]: 1 Card payments are performed in two steps: a) checking possibility to withdraw funds and payment amount allocation, and b) funds withdrawal Page 11 of 50

Setting up SMS-Notification service After successful subscription to SMS-notifications, several minutes later, Raiffeisen will send a welcome SMSmessage to the provided mobile number: Aktivirovana usluga «SMS-uvedomlenia» po karte *(4 last digits of card number). If you have not received SMS-message confirming the service activation to your mobile phone, please check if you have specified the mobile number correctly, and re-subscribe to the service. * Only one mobile number may be subscribed to SMS-notification service for each card. To unsubscribe from SMS-notification service, please apply to any Raiffeisen Bank branch. Page 12 of 50

13 2.8 Settings Settings menu allows changing your personal data, contact information, User Name (Login) and Password 1. You may change your password to enter the system as follows: enter Settings menu; invent a new password, at least 8 symbols long, consisting of any combination of Latin letters and figures; enter a new password in New password field of Change Password Section, and repeat it in Confirm New Password field; to confirm the changes, enter your current password on the bottom of the page and press OK button. * Password is case sensitive. ** When changing Login its uniqueness is checked, and if such Login is already used in the system, you will receive the corresponding message, and you will have to invent a new Login. Password has limited validity time (see system website, Section FAQ How to start using system? Q: I am asked to change my user name and password at the first logging onto the system. How can I do it? ). *** Upon expiration of your registration data validity period, when you log in into the system, settings page will be opened. You will not be able to work with the system until you change your Login and/or Password for the new ones. **** field is not mandatory for filling in. Other data may be changed similarly. Picture 12. Personal data 2.9 Additional Menus Using Exit button (top right corner of the page), you will finish working with R-Connect system and exit the system Selecting Exchange Rates option, you will see screens with the list of currencies and opportunity to calculate converted amounts for Conversions, Currency Transfers, Instant transfer between cards and Payment for services services. 1 Password has to be changed when you first log in into the system. 14 Picture 13. Exchange Rates for Conversions service R-Connect allows creating, editing, and deleting templates of requests for payment for services, ruble transfers, and other services. To create a template, you have to tick the Save Template checkbox after a request is filled out. You may edit and delete templates in Templates Section Active Transactions Service General Attention! To execute active transactions, you have to be registered in Raiffeisen Connect system (you have to have Login and Password to access the system (see Section 2.1.) and to be connected to Raiffeisen Connect system with method of Single-time password receipt via SMS/card-reader. * Certain limitations by time and amounts of requests acceptance exist. These limitations are described in corresponding Sections for each type of transaction. Time of requests processing (other than requests for currency transfer) submitted before cut-off-time is 1 business day. Currency transfer requests will be processed on the next business day. ** You can find tariffs of transactions fulfillment on the system website in Tariffs Section Procedure of access to active transactions service To get access to active transactions service, visit a bank branch to activate one of the methods of Single-Time Passwords receipt, which suits you most (via SMS/on card-reader). The Customer signs electronic documents in the System with Single-Time Passwords (to be entered when performing each transaction). Single-Time Password is a unique sequence of symbols representing equivalent of a handwritten signature sent by the Bank to the Customer in the form of SMS-messages to the Customer's mobile number registered in the Bank for the purpose of the Customer receipt of Single-Time Passwords, or generated by the customer in case of concurrent Page 14 of 50

15 use of a Card-reader and active Chip card issued to the Customer's name. Application for activation of this type of Single-Time Password receipt may be submitted only in a division of the Bank. If a Customer already registered in the System chooses digital SMS-message as a method of Single-Time Passwords receipt, (s)he may activate this method of Single-Time Passwords receipt through generation of a corresponding application in the System. * Your (or your attorney s) personal presence in this case is mandatory. ** You may be identified as a customer of the Bank using your identity document. *** You may not be connected to the System with the method of Single-Time Password receipt via SMS using a power of attorney Transactions confirmation using single-time password received via SMS. To confirm transactions in the System using Single-Time Password received via SMS, you have to: 1. select the required type of transactions in R-Connect system; 2. fill out the required fields correctly and press the corresponding button ( Replenish account/transfer funds etc. ) 3. Press Receive data confirmation code via SMS button. You will receive a Single-Time Password to the registered mobile number. If you do not receive SMS within long period (more than 2 minutes), click Receive code button again. Page 15 of 50

16 4. After you press OK button, a field for confirmation code input will appear on the screen. 5. Wait until you receive SMS-message, check details of transaction specified in SMS and shown in the Internet Bank, input the received confirmation code without spaces in the corresponding field, and click OK. 17 6. You may check status of your request in Requests Log. ATTENTION: Please, note that Single-Time Passwords are only valid for a limited period, hence input them in R- Connect immediately after receipt. If a password expired, you will have to receive a new one Transactions confirmation using Single-Time Password generated on a cardreader 1. To confirm transactions in the System using Single-Time Password received through a card-reader, you have to: 1. select the required type of transaction in R-Connect system. 2. fill out the required fields correctly and press OK 1 специальное устройство, обеспечивающее генерацию Одноразового пароля с использованием активной Чиповой Карты Клиента. 18 3. Select Data confirmation via Card-reader. 4. To receive a Single-Time Password perform the following sequence of actions. Input the card into special slot in the top part of the device. The card is to be input with chip down, facing cardreader screen. Only active chip card issued by ZAO Raiffeisen Bank to the account holder s name may be used to generate a Single-Time Password via card-reader. Page 18 of 50

19 5. Press Sign button 6. Input card PIN and click OK. 7. Input data specified in the field Last digits of the beneficiary s account without spaces and click OK. Page 19 of 50

20 Please note that the card will be locked after three incorrect attempts of PIN input. 8. Input without spaces Data 2 (without kopeks/cents/eurocents) specified in Transfer Amount field and click OK. E.g., if the payment amount is rub., you have to enter 150 in the card-reader. Yet the transaction will be executed for the amount including kopeks/cents. 9. Card-reader screen will show a Single-Time Password for transaction confirmation. Page 20 of 50

21 10. In the Internet bank, choose the number of the card, using which you received a Single-Time Password. Please remember that to confirm a transaction you may use only unlocked/active chip card issued to the Customer's name. If a Single-Time Password is generated using locked/inactive card, the system will not accept the generated password. 11. Input the code received using a card-reader in the corresponding field of Internet bank and click OK. Please remember that the code is only valid for a limited period (about 2 minutes), so input it immediately after receipt. You may check the status of your request in the Requests Log Transactions Execution To perform active transactions, login onto the system ( Login menu on the Bank website), clock on the account and select the required transactions from the list on your personal page. After request publications, its status will be shown in Requests Log Section. Page 21 of 50

For that, you have to press button, and then confirm cancellation in a pop-up window by clicking OK. A request may only be cancelled until its status is Registered Publication of a request for ruble transfer On your personal page with information on accounts ( Current Accounts tab) select ruble account, from which you are making a payment, and in the field of service selection choose Ruble transfers 1 option. 1 Payment order should be filled out in compliance with requirements of Provision 2-P of the Central Bank of Russia Page 22 of 50

To see them, click be filled out. button situated near the fields to * If you suppose that a similar payment may be repeating, it will be easier for you to save the document data in the form of a template (it is desirable that a template name describes a nature of payment) and use the saved template when you make payment next time. Similar possibility to save a document template is available for other transactions with accounts. Limitations. This request for funds transfer (payment order) is only available for ruble accounts and if transfer currency is rubles. Deadline for ruble payment orders acceptance (including payments to budget): For the Bank divisions situated in Moscow time zone, and in the regions where time is ahead of Moscow time, 04:30 pm local time; For the Bank divisions situated in the regions where time is 1 hour behind Moscow time, 03:30 pm local time; Page 23 of 50

24 Payment orders accepted prior to the deadline will be executed in the current business day. Payment orders accepted after the deadline will be executed on the next business day. When the Bank receives a request for funds transfer between the accounts opened with the Bank before 06:00 pm (local time), the amount will be debited from the paying customer s account on the current day and credited to the beneficiary s account not later than on the next operational day, depending on the time zone of the beneficiary s region. After that, you will be automatically transferred to the step of a request signing with an equivalent of a handwritten signature and document transfer to the Bank. * The procedure of a request signing with Single-Time Passwords is similar to all types of documents. It is described in details in Section Procedure of access to active transactions service. After the document is submitted, a message stating that the transaction request is accepted for processing will appear. Page 24 of 50

25 Placement of a tax payment request On your personal page with information on accounts ( Current Accounts tab), please select a ruble account, from which you make a payment, and specify Payments to Russian budget service. Fill out the corresponding fields of the document: Page 25 of 50

26 Tips on filling out of transfer request fields are available. To see them, click on be filled out. button situated near the fields to Limitations. Fill out the corresponding fields of the document: Page 26 of 50

Deposit Opening - select deposit type; - specify deposit period; - input deposit amount; - you may specify additional terms for the deposit, by ticking: Renewal field (for automatic contract renewal under the same terms for another period); Capitalization (in this case, interest accrued on the deposit will be added to the deposit principal amount). Limitations. You may open deposits only from the accounts in RUR, USD, and EUR currency. Minimum amounts of deposits depend on the deposits terms and conditions. The system provides no opportunity to close a deposit prematurely. To do that, you may apply to the branch of the Bank, which services your account. If a request for deposit is placed before 09:00 pm (Moscow time) from Monday to Saturday, a deposit will be placed on the current day in accordance with tariffs of the current operational day. If a request for deposit is placed after 09:00 pm (Moscow time), a deposit will be placed on the next operational day in accordance with tariffs of the next operational day. After a request is filled out, click OK, receive a Single-Time Password and sign the request. * To make changes to the entered data, reopen the form of a request for deposit opening by clicking «Back» button. To go to the procedure of creation of an equivalent of a handwritten signature for the document, please click OK. Then you will be automatically transferred to the step of request signing with an equivalent of a handwritten signature and document transfer to the Bank. * The procedure of a request signing with Single-Time Passwords is similar to all types of documents. It is described in details in Section «Procedure of access to active transactions service». Page 27 of 50

28 After the document is submitted, a message stating that the transaction request is accepted for processing will appear Placement of a request for deposit replenishment On your personal page with information on deposits ( Deposits tab), please select the deposit, which you intend to replenish and in the left-side menu select Replenish service. Fill out the corresponding fields of the document: Picture 17. Deposit Replenishment Replenishment Amount is not to exceed 11 digits, or 8 figures + separator (period) + 2 decimal digits. Limitations. Currently the system allows replenishing deposits of Universalny (Universal), Rantie (Rentier), Popolnyaemy (Replenishable), and Yubileiny (Jubilee) types. A deposit may only be replenished from the account, from which it was opened. Deadlines for requests acceptance: If a request for a deposit replenishment is placed before 09:00 pm (Moscow time) Monday to Saturday, the transaction will be executed on the current operational day. If a request for a deposit replenishment is placed after 09:00 pm (Moscow time), the transaction will be executed on the next operational day. Text with this information may be found on the screen of request parameters input. After a request is filled out, click OK in the bottom of the form. A filled out request will appear on the screen. Please check if the entered data is correct. To go to the procedure of creation of a digital signature for the document, please click OK. Then you will be automatically transferred to the step of request signing with an equivalent of a handwritten signature and document transfer to the Bank. * The procedure of a request signing with Single-Time Passwords is similar to all types of documents. It is described in details in Section «Procedure of access to active transactions service». After the document is submitted, a message stating that the transaction request is accepted for processing will appear Placement of a request for partial withdrawal of a deposit On your personal page with information on deposits ( Deposits tab), please select the deposit, which you intend to withdraw and select Partial Withdrawal service in the left-side menu. Fill out the corresponding fields of the document: Page 28 of 50

29 Picture 18. Deposit Partial Withdrawal Withdrawal amount is not to exceed 11 digits, or 8 figures + separator (period) + 2 decimal digits. Limitations. Currently the system allows partial withdrawal from Universalny and Yubileiny deposits. The system does not allow closing a deposit. You may withdraw funds from a deposit down to the minimum allowed balance (minimum allowed balance depends on terms and conditions of a deposit). A deposit may be withdrawn only from the account, from which it was opened. Deadlines for requests acceptance: If a request for a deposit partial withdrawal is placed before 09:00 pm (Moscow time) Monday to Saturday, the transaction will be executed on the current operational day. : If a request for a deposit partial withdrawal is placed after 09:00 pm (Moscow time), the transaction will be executed on the next operational day. Text with this information may be found on the screen of request parameters input. After a request is filled out, click OK in the bottom of the form. A filled out request will appear on the screen. Please check if the entered data is correct. To go to the procedure of creation of a digital signature for the document, please click OK. After the document is submitted, a message stating that the transaction request is accepted for processing will appear Placement of a request for funds conversion On your personal page with information on accounts ( Current Accounts tab), please select the account in the required currency, from which you intend to convert funds, and specify Internal transfers/conversion service in the field of service selection. Application for Internal Transfer / Conversion Select the account, to which funds are to be converted, from the list (the list will drop down when clicking arrows in the end of this field); Withdrawal Amount is not to exceed 11 digits, or 8 figures + separator (period) + 2 decimal digits. Conversion rate (current exchange rate set forth for Connect system) will be filled out automatically after selection of account for funds crediting, credited amount will be calculated automatically after input of withdrawal amount. * Conversion rate means a ratio for currencies recalculation; depending on the direction of a transaction (USD => EUR or EUR => USD) the resulting sum will be calculated either by multiplication, or by division by this coefficient. Coefficient value exceeding 1 is selected for convenience of comparison to the Central Bank rate. Then proceed with the document signing procedure. Limitations. Transactions of internal transfers or conversions may only be performed between the accounts of the same customer, which are shown in the list of account in Connect system. Maximum amount per request is USD or the equivalent. Deadlines for requests acceptance: before 06:00 pm (Moscow time) Monday to Saturday: documents will be accepted for execution on the same banking day; documents received after that time will be accepted for execution on the next banking day. Text with this information may be found on the screen of request parameters input. Then you will be automatically transferred to the step of request signing with an equivalent of a handwritten signature and document transfer to the Bank. * The procedure of a request signing with Single-Time Passwords is similar to all types of documents. It is described in details in Section «Procedure of access to active transactions service». After the document is submitted, a message stating that the transaction request is accepted for processing will appear. Page 30 of 50

Transfers in foreign currency of resident customers 1 1) To execute a foreign currency transfer, you have to choose the type of a transfer: Currency transfer within Russia, Currency transfer outside Russia. Attention: the system is equipped with a control tool, which will not allow to prepare and transfer funds abroad if you have chosen Currency Transfers within Russia and vice versa. You may not transfer foreign currency from ruble accounts through conversion; you have to choose a foreign currency account. 2) If you have chosen Currency Transfers within Russia, you may also transfer funds to your own account in Raiffeisen Bank. For easier filling out of payment details, please select Transfer to own account in Raiffeisen Bank option. If you choose this option, beneficiary s name and bank details will be filled out automatically (except for the amount of transfer and account number, which you have to specify manually). Payment purpose will be filled out automatically as Own funds transfer. In addition, fields contemplated for currency control purposes will be filled out automatically. 1 Residents and Non-Residents are individuals or legal entities recognized as such pursuant to article 1 of the Federal Law 173-FZ "Concerning Currency Regulation and Currency Control". For individuals: Residents are individuals, who are citizens of Russia, except for the Russian citizens permanently residing in a foreign country for at least one year, including holders of resident permits issued by authorized government body of the corresponding foreign country, or temporarily staying in a foreign country for at least 1 year based on work or educational visa valid for the period of at least 1 year, or based on combination of such vises with total validity period of at least 1 year, and foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in Russia based on a resident permit contemplated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Non-Residents are individuals other than residents. Page 31 of 50

32 If you transfer funds to another person, you have to specify SWIFT code of the beneficiary s bank and select SWIFT Check option. If the entered code is correct, the system will automatically identify information on the beneficiary s bank (name, address, city, country). If you transfer funds to the Russian banks, we recommend that you also specify agency bank and correspondent account of the beneficiary bank with the agency bank (if it is specified in the available details). If you transfer funds to certain countries, payment details may contain banks national clearing codes allowing identifying a beneficiary bank branch in a national payment system of a country. If such code is available, it should be specified in Code field. Examples of clearing codes: FW (ABA, FED, Fedwire, Routing Number) for payment in USD to US banks; SC (Sort Code) for payments in GBP to UK banks; BLZ for payments in EUR to German banks; etc. If there is no SWIFT code of beneficiary bank, but there is a national clearing code in the payment details, then Name, Country, City, Full address fields have to be filled out manually. If you transfer funds to EC countries, beneficiary s IBAN (International Bank Account Number) should be specified. If you transfer funds to EC countries without IBAN specification, the foreign banks may return fund les the fees of all parties to settlements along the payment route. If your partner has not provided IBAN in its details, we strongly recommend that you contact the partner additionally and find out its IBAN in the beneficiary s bank. Attention: if a bank code does not correspond to the beneficiary bank name as it appears in the international bank reference books, or if incomplete information is provided concerning beneficiary s bank, it will be sufficient to return the transfer application to the payer without its execution for additional update of bank details. 33 3) If you create a transfer to another person, you should: specify the beneficiary name with Latin letters, select beneficiary status (resident or non-resident) in accordance with currency legislation, select a transfer beneficiary from the suggested list, specify beneficiary s account (for transfers within Russia, beneficiary s account should consist of 20 digits in accordance with Russian accounts plan). 4) For your convenience, tips are contemplated concerning the correct filling out of certain fields, which you may read if your move a pointer over symbol (hereinafter). 5) Attention: if you transfer funds to the benefit of an authorized bank, e.g. for loan repayment, you should select To the benefit of a legal entity option. 6) When you fill out certain fields, the system may show a pop-up warning or dialogue. Please, read carefully the texts and follow the instructions in these tips. E.g., if you choose Transfer to the benefit of a close relative/spouse option, the System will show a dialogue box with a tip describing who, in accordance with currency legislation, is recognized as your close relative. If a payment beneficiary belongs to any of the specified categories, you should confirm it by pressing OK. If payment beneficiary does not belong to any of the specified categories, you should press Cancel button and uncheck the relationship option. 7) If you choose To own account option, you may transfer funds both to your account with Raiffeisen Bank, or to your account with another bank. 34 8) In some cases, the system allows selecting payment purpose out of a template. Template text is shown both in Russian and in English (but only English text will be pasted to Payment purpose field, since Cyrillic letters are not allowed here. In most cases (except transfer of own funds to a foreign account), you may add anything after the text included in accordance with template. If you have not selected a payment purpose out of a template, select Free Input of Payment Purpose and enter free text in English. Attention: if you select a payment purpose out of a template, Currency Transfer Code field will be filled out automatically. 9) If you select a non-standard payment purpose, this field must be filled out by selecting an option from the list of possible options. 35 Please note, that the table may display not all of the codes available, so you will have to scroll the list when selecting an option. 10) In certain cases filling out of Additional information for CC field is mandatory. E.g., when paying for a product or a service (when selecting 24 or 21, as the case may be, from the currency transactions codes list), you will have to specify the type of a product or a service in Additional information for CC field. E.g., payment of legal/advisory/touristic fees or purchase of a painting/computer, etc. This information is used by the bank for submission of consolidated reports concerning individuals payments to the Bank of Russia, which in turn uses the obtained information for payment balance generation. We recommend that this field is filled out in Russian (requirement to fill out this field only applies to resident payers). 11) In some cases (when payments are made to the benefit of a close relative, when a free payment purpose is selected), Additional information for CC field will be filled out automatically. If necessary, a free text may be additionally entered in the remaining parts of the field. Page 35 of 50

36 12) When a resident Customer makes payment to his/her own bank account opened in a foreign bank, the system will show a tip on necessity to provide a notification of a tax authority to the Bank prior to execution of currency transaction. Please note that details of a foreign bank and payment beneficiary s account must correspond to the details specified in a Notice of account opening with a foreign bank. If a payment beneficiary s IBAN specified by you in a Payment Application is not the same as the account number specified by you in a Notice of account opening with a foreign bank, you have to specify additionally the registered account number in Additional Information field. Then you will see a tip on necessity to fill out special fields with provision of information on a tax authority number and date of submission of a Notice of account opening with a foreign bank to a tax authority. Specify in the corresponding field the number of tax inspectorate, to which you submitted a corresponding Notice. To make it easier to specify the date of a notification submission and registration in a tax authority, a special option is contemplated by clicking on which you may choose the required date in a calendar. 37 13) Please note that the system has a number of limitations to execution of currency transactions, which are related to requirements of currency legislation, in particular: limitation to settlements in foreign currency between residents. In this case, an application for transfer will not be sent to the bank. cross-border transfers from resident Customers to the same individual Russian resident during the same operational day are limited to the total of not more than USD 5,000. in accordance with art. 23 of the Federal Law 173-FZ Concerning Currency Regulation and Currency Control, the Bank may request supporting documents (including documents certifying relations between payer and beneficiary, in cases contemplated by regulations) to perform currency control and identify currency transaction. If the Customer fails to submit supporting documents to the Bank, the latter may refuse executing such payment. If your payment through R-Connect system was declined due to currency control issues, we recommend that you apply to the Bank branch for advice and submit supporting documents. Please note that the system also contains other limitations to transfers execution, which are not related to currency legislation requirements. Limitations of transactions Russian residents to own account in another bank not more than USD 10,000 (or equivalent) per transaction, to another person s foreign account not more than USD 5,000 (or equivalent) per day. Currency Control Code field is identified automatically for the purpose of transactions accounting in the bank reports and does not require amendments by the Customer. Please note that the system also has limitations not related to currency legislation requirements. If the request status is Completed, but no funds were credited to operator s account, you may contact the payment system hotline by calling the phone specified on the check. 44 To perform transactions of instant transfer, please go to Instant transfer between cards menu in Debit Cards or Credit Cards Section. You have to select a card, from which funds will be transferred, out of the dropdown list in Withdraw from card field. Specify the card, to which funds will be transferred, in Card replenishment field. Specify the amount to be transferred. If the funds are to be converted from one currency to another, amount for crediting will be calculated online in accordance with the effective conversion rate. Press OK and sign a digital application for transaction execution. In case of an instant transfer to a credit card with grace period or to a debit card issued for loan servicing, you will automatically repay the debt, if any. Please note that transactions of instant transfers from card to card are subject to the same limitations as cash withdrawal limits which are an integral part thereof. In case of an instant transfer from a credit card, grace period will not apply to the transferred amount. A fee will be charged for the transaction in accordance with the Tariffs of the Bank Account Opening. R-Connect allows opening current accounts in 6 currencies (Russian rubles (RUR), US dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Swiss francs (CHF), and Japanese yen (JPY). In addition, a ruble savings account may be opened. To draw up an application for account opening, you have to: go to Accounts tab; select Accounts opening in the vertical menu on the left side; select account type; select currency; sign an application for current account opening; Page 44 of 50

45 2.12 PEPs When you select PEPs Section in the menu, you will see the corresponding tab containing the list of funds, with which the customer has previously executed equity contracts, and current quotations of the existing equity. When clicking on a fund name, Raiffeisen Capital Management Company website will be opened in a new window, showing the selected fund s value behavior. PEPs Section in the vertical menu on the left contains the following option: payment for investment units Placement of a payment request for investment units To place a request, select Payment for investment units option. After a request is filled out, click OK in the bottom of the form to go to the procedure of document digital signature creation. After the document is submitted, a message stating that the transaction request is accepted for processing will appear. Limitations for requests for additional equities purchase You may transfer funds only from a ruble account. Requests for equities payment are time-limited: if the Bank receives a request for funds transfer as payment for investment units before 05:00 pm (Moscow time), the amount will be debited from the customer s account on the same day and credited to the beneficiary s account not later than on the next operational day depending on time zone in which the beneficiary s region is situated. 3. Security When you select Security option in the vertical menu on the left side, you will be redirected to the Section of the Bank website, where you will be able to read general security recommendations related to Raiffeisen Connect system. ZAO Raiffeisen Bank created network service applying international standards and existing bank practices. It allows offering customers services, which are integrated as much as possible into the existing bank infrastructure, and fully control functionality and operation of bank services, guaranteeing the customers security, convenience, and reliability of their use. Due to application of such modern methods of information protection as SSL, DSS/DSA, ZAO Raiffeisen Bank ensures full confidentiality of services rendered: confidential information is transferred via https protocol (SSL). The Bank signs customer s software for generation of an equivalent of a handwritten signature. The unique user ID and password protect access to information. The ID (User Name) and Password are provided to the customer of the Bank after processing of his/her application to access online services. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol protecting data transferred between browsers and servers. Main purpose of security protocol is to authenticate server thus guaranteeing users that they are directed to Website, which they wanted to visit; to create such protected channel, through which information may be transferred between the browser and server in encrypted form so that no one could distort the information or have access to it. Any page, the address of which starts with https, will be transferred in the encrypted form through SSL. Letter s added to the familiar HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol) means secure. The users do not have to take any specific actions to switch to SSL-connection; the customer's SSL software is integrated in the browser. Page 46 of 50

If you are not an advanced user, please, contact system administrator for technical support. If you have any difficulties, you may also contact Raiffeisen Connect hotline You can ensure security of confidential information transfer through Internet following the below recommendations: Attention! symbol should appear in the lower right corner or near the URL bar of your browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer). It means that all information is transferred in secure mode using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
