PYRAMID 3D SOFTWARE 3. 3D-MEASURING 4. MOVEABLE CLAMPING SYSTEM (HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL) 1) TWIN HEAD SOLUTION = 50% MORE OUTPUT AND PRODUCTIVITY After loading IGS or STP file we are able to detect features. Easy programmming is our mission. After editing and sorting the features, calculation of the positon of the clamps, we can start the 3D-Simulation with integrated time calcualtion and 3D collision detection. After feature detection we can edit the features depending cutting variables. General variables are setup in the settings and turret & tool parameters. Every feature can be individuele or in group opened to modify and saved specific parameters. 5-axis machining (up to 60 m length and 3.5 m workpiece width) combined with Twin Head solution (two gantry s working together or seperately) results in significantly shorter machining times! Depending the proportion between cutting time and load/unload time, machines with 2 working zones or 2 gantry s are a much better investment. With an additional investment of 25% you can make 50% more pieces.

3 3) 3D-MEASURING: OUR UNIQUE SOLUTION FOR ACCURATE PROFILE MACHINING 4) MOVEABLE CLAMPING SYSTEM (HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL) The PYRAMID 3D Software automatically generates the ideal position of the clamps to create the best set-up of the workpiece. Afterwards the machine puts the clamps automatically on the correct position. The PYRAMID 3D Software makes it even possible to reposition the clamps during the processing of the profile/panel. 3D Measuring is the greatest benefit from Mubea Systems: it s the reason customers contact us. The moveable clamping system in combination with the 3D-Simulation collision control of the PYRAMID 3D Software guarantee a reliable setup and clamping of your workpiece. An industrial profile is never straight. So we have to make measurements. Moreover, to machine at exactly the right place on an industrial profile, 1 measurement is not enough. With our software, we can make up to 3 measurements to accurately prepare 1 machining operation.

4 ALUMINIUM TRAIN BODY We can divide a train body in 4 large panel pieces and 4 to 8 corner pieces.
