It can also be configured to export results directly to your student records system or an electronic report card. Lexmark HTAG is available as either a cloud-hosted or on-premise solution. The hosted version, which eliminates the need to own and maintain hardware, is delivered on a subscription basis through a secure, managed hosting services data centre. The on-premise offerings allow more control around customisation and integration, but are deployed to your own IT infrastructure. Lexmark Hosted Testing and Grading solutions provide a variety of reporting options that can help educators close learning gaps through data-driven interventions. 7 Scan to SharePoint Lexmark scan to SharePoint allows you to easily scan documents directly from a Lexmark MFP to a shared portal (Microsoft SharePoint 2007, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and Microsoft SharePoint 2013 enterprise content management software). You can then collect your documents from any printer device by just entering your ID code. With real-time scanning each document is sent securely to its proper location. Lexmark Print Management lets you send documents from your computer, tablet, smartphone¹ or even a web portal², and print them on any enabled 3 printer or MFP. Instead of being tethered to a single device, you can release your print job from the printer that is most convenient or from one with the features or capabilities you need.
