2 RESPONSIBILITY AND RESULTS After nearly 20 years, ASVI Social Change is one the main European Training School of Non Profit Managers. Since 1997 it has trained around 1000 professionals, with hours of training a year at a very high occupation level for those with diplomas within a year of receiving their Diploma. 3 OUR UNDERTAKING ASVI Social Change is an international non profit and nongovernmental institution active in social transformation with bases in Europe (London, Madrid, Milan, Rome) and Asia (Bangkok) dedicated to training non profit managers of quality and social innovation, since ASVI Social Change collaborates with NGOs, student and citizen networks, universities, foundations, banks and clean enterprises, national institutions, representative networks together pledging: Human growth, professional and managerial of thousands of persons, professionals and organisations, through management training and scientific-editorial activities The knowledge of non profit professionals (with ALMA LAUREA, AIESEC, the main media) and their official recognition (with ISFOL - Ministry of Labour) The knowledge of the role of the sector for social economic development (with the Presidenza del Consiglio and other local institutions) also through institution building action. SCOLARSHIP PROGRAMME ASVI Social Change gives the maximum attention to the social base and to student support, with a fellowship programme and student loan of about 300 thousand Euros per year financed by ASVI Social Change and partners.

The ASVI Social Change Scientific Committee, IMPACT gathers personalities joined together by the tension of social innovation. An undertaking which goes from the Observatory of Professions and the Work in Non profit (2005) to that of Leader2Leader the Italian network of managers of Italian non profit centred on the exchange of good practise in 2008, from the building of a theme panel and task force, to research and to management books, to joint project conventions and undertaken with European opinion leaders of the sector, the organisations, the Foundations and the Enterprises. Marco Crescenzi President. Lives in Madrid after he has lived in Rome and London. Specialized in Experimental Social Psychology Non Profit Management and journalism since 1978, he has been involved as volunteer in managing nonprofit organizations. Marco is founder and President of ASVI Social Change and in the last ten years has been engaged as: Coordinator of the Observatory on Nonprofit Labour Market (Italy) Co-founder of Euclid Network, the Association of European Non Profit Managers (London/Paris 2006-still memeber); Co-founder of I-SIN, Italian Social Innovation Network (Rome/Naples 2011-still member); Responsible for Leader2Leader, Co-ordination of Italian Non profit Managers ( ); Member of the Management and the Scientific Committee of Symbola-Foundation for Italian Quality ( ), ACEVO member, since Before ASVI Social Change he also worked for over 20 years in the For Profit Sector as entrepreneur and manager.
