Obviously not now, BUT Short time Long time Proposal: Thinking the technical project doesn t finish in ELIH-MED: - The project is divided in different phases - It is necessary to develop a road map for each pilot project ( only design how to get nearly zero energy building) -They could to continue the works of improvement when they get more money (recapitalization in the future) -At the same time it is important to develop maintenance plan for the users ( guide about the actions to conserve the thermal performance of roofs, façades, and the solar water system, etc. and, also, how use them)

20 Diagnosis and action plan : output Cost economic optimum The area of the curve to the right of the economic optimum represents solutions that underperform in both aspects (environmental and financial).
