4 WHAT DO WE OFFER? Single-point contact regardless of property location, number of properties or transactional participants translates into superior transaction management and streamlined closings. Empowered Underwriters with specialized underwriting expertise regardless of transactional complexity or geographic diversity separates All Service Abstract from other title insurance agents, providing a creative, competent and client focused approach. SETTLEMENT SCHEDULE All Settlements are scheduled based on your needs or desires. We are never too busy for our clients. Schedule your closings during our normal business hours, at a location that is convenient to you and your borrower. We are always willing to accommodate your needs and can schedule evenings and weekends when applicable. Our personal attention to every transaction and the timely work in addition to our response procedures set us apart from all of our competitors. Our office is fully staffed so that you never receive a voic or computerized answering system during normal business hours. Our office personnel is designed to assist you with any of your title needs every hour of the business day. There are a minimum of five key employees who are cross trained to do every job in the company from assisting you with a title application, preparing a HUD, giving you updates on a file and clearing title.
5 OUR MISSION STATEMENT Our philosophy in providing you with title insurance goes far beyond the normal. We consider ourselves a division of your company and recognize that every transaction you trust us to insure is important. We look to assist you and the borrower through the entire process. We prioritize your requests immediately, usually within 2 hours. And no request received by phone or is left unanswered if received by 3 PM on any business day. Our Objective is to facilitate closings conducive to the needs of the parties to all real estate transactions. We offer the highest level of service and support to buyer(s), seller(s), attorney(s), lender(s) and real estate agent(s) in the processing of applications for title insurance through and beyond the closing date. All Service Abstract is committed to providing title commitments within 5 to 7 days from the date of application. Processing procedures include verbal and written communications with all parties to the transaction regarding documents required to clear title, providing the lender with all title information including our fees, and real estate taxes at the time the title commitment is issued. The processing procedures implemented and executed by All Service Abstract result in well prepared closings performed in a time efficient manner beneficial to all parties.
