3 How it works It feels good to reap the benefits of your hard work! And it s easier than ever to do with the Allegion Rewards Program. Here s how our special program for integrators works: Follow this easy two-step process Step 1: Submit Claim Option A Enter Online 1 Go to and Option B Submit Via Fax, Mail or 1 Complete a claim entry form. Sign up by contacting your Allegion Sales Representative. You will be assigned a personal account where you will submit claims and your reward points will be deposited. (Note: Users may also be grouped together by company to collectively claim invoices and earn team rewards, such as merchandise or Allegion Visa Reloadable Prepaid Cards for top sales performers. All claims are submitted to a group administrator account, and points are pooled together for the entire group. login using your Allegion credentials. Click on the Rewards Program link and you will be taken to the Reward Program site. 2 Select the Claims tab and enter the required information. 4 About the reloadable Allegion Visa Prepaid Card Program rules Questions /lost or stolen cards inside U.S outside U.S One of the most popular rewards is our reloadable Allegion Visa Prepaid Card! This reloadable Visa prepaid card is welcome anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. To order a reloadable Visa prepaid card * : Select the Reloadable Prepaid Card option on the homepage navigation bar. Click the Order a new reloadable card link. Input the number of points you wish to redeem. $ reward points required $ reward points required $ reward points required First-time orders: Cards are sent within approximately 7-10 business days. Subsequent orders will add funds to your original card. After approximately two to three business days, the funds should be deposited and available for use. Note: Cards cannot be used at ATMs. * Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Cards are issued in connection with a loyalty, award or promotion program. Card does not have cash access and can be used at any merchants that accept Visa debit cards. Card valid for up to 24 months, funds do not expire and may be available after card expiration date, subject to applicable law. Card is not transferable and cannot be issued to minors. Allegion Rewards Program for integrators rules Reward points are awarded for purchases of eligible products in the Allegion brand family. A list of eligible products and their point rewards can be found at Our secure login system involves two layers of encryption, as well as a time-sensitive login mechanism, to protect your personal information and safeguard against account fraud. Reward points cannot be combined or transferred to another individual s account for redemption purposes. Reward points do not need to be redeemed in the amount or month in which they were issued. They may be accumulated for awards of greater value. Reward points do not expire. If the program ever ends, you will be given advance notice. If the points awarded within a calendar year exceed a value greater than $599.99, you will receive a 1099 at the beginning of the following year. 1099s are issued based on the dollar value of points awarded, not points redeemed. If you leave your company or wish to conclude your participation in the program, you must use your accumulated points within 30 days. After 30 days, points will be cancelled, and you forfeit access to the program. If you don t have any claim activity for 18 months, your account may be terminated, and any and all points in the account at the time of termination will be permanently forfeited.
