Three College and University Professional Association of Human Resources (CUPA-HR) regional best practices awards for specific programming including leadership training. Reorganization of main-campus HR function. Developed formal HRIS function. Served on negotiations team for seven strike-free settlements (including FSU faculty). Affirmative Action Coordinator (OFCCP std.) and served as facilitator for introduction to Deming-based work cell development training, Twenty Keys, and Six Sigma. Introduced first cafeteria benefits program with multiple, managed care options and first contracted E.A.P. Director of Student Employment Services - Northwestern Michigan College 6/89-5/92 Responsibilities: Placement Officer for NMC. Managed placement office with professional staff of two. Established Regional Assessment Center in cooperation with NMC, TCAPS, and the ISD. Served on College selection committee for all professional staff and Employee Assistance Program standing committee. (Also served as adjunct faculty for NMC from present in Social Sciences and the Business Division for Personnel Management).
