2 Guidelines and Policy: Thank you for showing interest in our San Francisco City Gifts purchase catalogue. While picking possible gifts for your upcoming event keep in mind the following guidelines: 1) Price and Quantity. The following products are directly sold from the SF City Gifts section at the Visitor Information Center (VIC), therefore all products are sold at retail price. There is a $200 minimum purchase required for any products sold via mail, however for any small quantities you may go to the VIC an, personally purchase items there. 2) Ordering: All orders for retail should be requested as soon as possible to ensure adequate stock and sufficient time to process your order. Products can be ordered by: a) sfcitygifts@sanfrancisco.travel with order specifications and quantities b) Complete Retail Order Form and fax to Retail Sales Group ATTN VIC Once order has been received by the VIC representative, the VIC representative will confirm order directly with customer. Please allow 48 hours to process the order. Order will be placed once full payment has been received. 3) Taxes: Taxes will be charged according to California state law. It is the buyer s responsibility to cover any tax, or fee that might emerge from the transaction. 4) Payment: Full payment will be required to begin the ordering process of products. The VIC representative will calculate full cost of products, including tax,shipping and handling (if applicable) and will send customer total cost for final approval. We accept all major credit cards and checks for payment. a) Credit Card payments can be conducted in the following way: 1. Direct payment over the phone with a VIC representative. 2. Sending credit card information to our secured fax line with front and back copies of credit card along with your order form b) Check Payment 1. Check made payable to San Francisco Travel Association may be sent along with the order form There will be a flat shipping and handling fee of $15 applied to all orders totaling between $200-$500. For orders exceeding $500, SFTA will waive the shiping and handling. 5) Shipping and handling: Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be placed. Once all orders are fulfilled, you have the option to pick up the products at the VIC or a VIC representative will mail them to address indicated on the order form. Orders are shipped within the US by standard means via UPS or FedEx Ground. Please specify special shipping arrangements or international shipping on order form. Customer agrees to pay for all shipping, handling,and insurance costs. At this point, risk of loss shall transfer from the San Francisco Travel Association to the customer, once the SFTA delivers the products to a carrier of the customer s choice. Most orders may be received 5-7 days after processing. Local orders may be received 2-3 days after processing. 1
