5 Student Medical Services at UNF Campus *This is not an insurance plan. For information on UF student medical coverage, contact Aetna Student Health Insurance at 1(877) Semester Fee: The visiting non-unf student fee is $75, which pays for that visit and all subsequent visits that semester. You will need to pay the $75 fee the first time you visit the UNF Health Center each semester. This is an optional service. Therefore, if you choose to not use UNF's Health Center, you will not need to pay a fee. Coverage: The $75 fee will cover the doctor's visit only. You will be responsible for all other medical expenses (Le. prescriptions - including birth control, immunizations, lab work, and minor surgery). These services, however, will be available to you for the same price as they are for UNF students which are usually "well-below the local market." Payment: Payment options include cash and personal check. UNF Student Medical Services does not accept credit cards, debit cards, or insurance cards for medical care. Identification: Each semester, we will provide UNF's Student Medical Services with a list of our students, which they will use to verify your eligibility. You will need to show a photo identification, such as a driver's license and/or student 1.0. when you arrive at the Health Center.
