Two copies have also been forwarded to Mr. Rick Raines at the Environmental Management Department of MCB, Camp Lejeune. Additional copies of the management plan have been distributed to representatives of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NC DENR), the Navy Environmental Health Center (NEHC), and OHM/IT Corporation as docuinented by the attached transmittal letters. The Final Fiscal Year 2002 SMP addresses the comments provided by LANTDIV and Camp Llejeune. In addition, the text and schedules have been revised to reflect program changes from the last six months.
