This operates on an interest only basis, with the after tax lump sum from the pension being used to pay off the capital element of the loan. Refinancing/Equity Release - if you are unhappy with the terms or interest rate on your existing loan, you can refinance with an EBS commercial loan on more attractive terms. Alternatively you may have equity in your property which can be used to fund the expansion or refurbishment of your business, or to avail of other investment opportunities.
