If any event occurs during the grace period that results in a valid claim, the unpaid premiums will be deducted from any amount paid out. If any premium is not paid and received by Hollard during the grace period, the policy will automatically be cancelled and no Funeral Benefit will be paid. The premium grace period does not apply to the payment of the first premium on inception of the policy.
