6 1.1 DRT in Monte San Pietro Municipality Operator Expansion of the PT services in a small valley to feed to main PT lines. PT Redesign. New DRT service operated with an 8-seated vehicle. Their own Call-center and personnel. New DRT service. Increase in the total cost. Their own software. Higher (but integrated) fares.

BUT the Municipality doesn t have at its disposal useful data about the service and it is wondering if - the service could be improved with no increase in the cost - the cost could be reduced with no reduction in the level of service. As the data provinding was not agreed in the contract now it s difficult and expensive to collect them.
