7 Hiring Process We do not accept Walk-Ins all applicants must apply through our website. We encourage all applicants to visit our job board before contacting our offices for employment, you can view all available opportunities under Careers. Applicant résumés are tracked and reviewed through our website, our state of the art technology and complete web-base applicant tracking system helps us automate and streamline the entire in-house hiring process. You will receive confirmation via once your submission has been reviewed by a recruiter. Initial phone interview, followed by a series of skills testing and assessments during the interview process. We conduct the following assessments in order to verify the accuracy of résumé and application submissions. Additional testing may be administered on selected candidates to suit a specific industry, field or request. Testing & Assessments-> Clerical, QuickBooks, Basic Math, Microsoft Competency, Alpha Numeric & Numeric, Behavioral Based Assessments, General Safety <- We conduct in-depth Criminal and Employment background checks on all candidates who have successfully completed the initial in person interview and testing process. Any convictions or pending court cases should be disclosed during the application process. Finally once evaluated and approved all staff must attend our new hire orientation.
