As confirmation of attendance, you will be required to complete a continuing education attendance form for each session. Additionally, participants will be required to submit a completed evaluation form for each presentation attended. Continuing Education Credits Continuing Education Credits will be posted into CE Broker and Statements of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credits will be mailed six (6) weeks following the seminar. Accreditations Florida A&M University (FAMU COPPS) is approved by the Florida Department of Health, Board of Pharmacy as a provider of Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE). Florida A&M University is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of Continuing Pharmacy Education.
