Overall increase in students achieving Phase in Satisfactory Standard on all tests combined. Performance Objective 1: Increase the number of special education students completing a minimum of 90% of the goals and objectives in their individual educational plan. Progress: Increase in the number of special education students meeting 90% of IEP goals. Performance Objective 1: To create a team effort between home, school, and community. Progress: Edgewood Elementary has increased the number of community events and use the website and system to communicate to parents and community. Performance Objective 1: School health and safety, violence prevention and intervention strategies will be implemented Progress: Implemented new visitor/student check in/out procedures. Performance Objective 1: Maintain 97% attendance rate Progress: Elementary campuses have increased attendance but have not achieved goal. Intermediate: 96.9% Elementary: 96.9%

All EMS students will meet minimum expectations on all STAAR tests taken. Progress: Not all students met minimum expectations, but did see an increase in all subject areas. Performance Objective 2. Increase the number of rigorous courses and enriched curriculum at the Middle School Progress: Campus created Exploratory Wheel for each grade level that increased elective curriculum. Performance Objective: 1. Increase the academic performance of all special population students on the STAAR test by % Progress: There was an increase but not at % for all special population students

26 Performance Objective:1. Reduction of known discipline issues and an increase in positive programs conducted on campus. Progress: Office referrals was up by 23 referrals. The use of ISS days dropped from 188 days to 69 days in Established this school year a positive reinforcement bulletin board Caught being good for teachers to post positive messages about students behavior. Performance Objective: 1. All parents will have opportunities to participate in their child s education. Progress: Created postcards for teachers to mail home to communicate with parents about students positive class work. The use of and webpage supports for relevant communication.
