The clinic has the distinct classification of being one of the first Latino- focused substance abuse treatment centers on the west side of the city of Chicago and is located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. We have a well-established history as a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services in this community. With over 40 years of experience, RFS has expanded its mission to address the needs of the larger community, with an emphasis on the families and significant others impacted by substance abuse. RFS provides services in the areas of Behavioral Health Treatment and Prevention, Traffic Safety Education, DUI services, and Specialized Counseling. Mission Statement Rincon Family Services, formally known as El Rincon Community Clinic, is dedicated to rendering compassionate and effective programs that promote the quality of life by serving as a catalyst to advocate, educate and empower individuals and their families. We strive to enhance the health and well being of families and significant others within our Near Northwest Side communities of Chicago. 3 The guests of the Community of Care Gala will be comprised of RFS staff, community members, and other key figures that have helped with the success of RFS in one way or another throughout its 43 years of history. The Gala will feature a meal, catered by Chef Rafael D. Perez of Tres Amigos Catering, live music from Orquesta Sabor! and Jose Cornier, and a lively environment perfect for a night of dancing, conversing, and coming together to keep building up our Community of Care. Community Health Leader - $10,000 The Community Health Leader sponsorship is the highest sponsorship at the Community of Care Gala. Your company logo will be incorporated into all marketing materials, printed and through social media.
