5 Accounting Real-time access to accounting information Autologica DMS generates accounting entries in real time from the transactions that are entered in each department. The system also allows manual entries if desired. If the dealership works with an external accounting firm, they can be given access Internet access to the system to work directly with the accounting information generated by the system, avoiding the many hours that are sometimes spent generating accounting entries outside of the system. Autologica DMS can also export data, for use by an external accounting system. 6 Office Management Detailed control of dealership operations If the dealer has several stores, Autologica allows centralized management to improve control. This also means that management can analyze information in an individual and consolidated manner. 9 Management reports Strategic information for decision makers A DMS should provide dealership management with strategic information, quickly and in real time, without forcing managers to waste time trying to extract information from their system. Autologica provides a Control Panel that lets each department manager view a series of financial indicators and specific reports, giving them a quick overview of the state of the business.
