10 Reseller Console The five buttons in the Reseller Management Console's tool bar allow you to access specific functions within Virtual Terminal. Resellers allows resellers to create and edit their sub-reseller accounts Merchants allows resellers to create and edit their merchant accounts Reports allows resellers to access the different reporting functions (reports are detailed records of your merchants' and sub-resellers' activities) Account Admin allows resellers to view and edit information specific to their account, their merchants' accounts, and their sub-resellers' accounts Help allows you to access help information

11 Reseller Reports Merchant Summary This report generates a brief list of the total number of transaction "clicks" performed by each merchant you have created (within the date range that you specify). A click is defined as a transaction that has been successfully processed (regardless of whether the transaction was accepted or declined). Merchant Details This report generates a detailed list of the transaction types performed and card types processed by each of your merchants (within the date range that you specify). Merchant Usage This report generates a detailed breakdown of the rates and fees incurred by each of your merchants (within the date range that you specify). The commission totals displayed in this report should only be considered as estimates (since the range specified may not necessarily be only one month, and since per-month rates and fees cannot be accurately determined until the end of a billing month has past). You will receive a monthly commission report from VeriFone (or your reseller).
