I / We acknowledge that:- 1 The valuation reports instructed by OCS are for mortgage purposes only, to enable the Lender contacted by OCS to decide the amount, if any, to lend on the security of the property. 2 Neither OCS or the appointed Lender accepts any responsibility for the value or condition of the property by reason of the valuers inspection and if the lender agrees to make a loan it does not imply a warranty of the purchase price, the value, the soundness of construction or state of repair of the property. 3 Personal data obtained as a consequence of the application in any subsequent mortgage account will be held on OCS s database and may be used by OCS for statistical analysis and any other purpose registered with the Data Protection Register. 4 in the event of this application being accepted, details of conduct of my account will be available to insurance companies, credit bureau, the appointed lender and OCS s agents. 5 all fees and expenses incurred by OCS, including valuation fees and solicitors costs, are payable by me on demand whether or not an Offer Letter is issued or accepted and whether or not a loan is made. Payment of the valuation and arrangement fee by me does not in any way bind the lender instructed by OCS to make the loan. 6 Upon signing any Offer Letter issued by a lender, arranged by OCS I acknowledge that the arrangement fee so paid becomes non-refundable. 7 We give authority for a Lender to use a credit scoring or other automated decision making system when assessing any application made by OCS on my behalf.
