Courses with less than 3 units may be combined to make 3 units if taken in the same category. Coursework presented for transfer must be successfully completed with a letter grade of "C" or above or a grade of Pass in a Pass/Fail course. AP and test scores may be used to place out of a Liberal Arts course, but the units must be made up with a Liberal Arts Elective. Visit Academy s Liberal Arts Placement web page for details on applicable placement scores. For more transfer details and to apply, visit Academy s webpage for transfer students. Completion of any of course listed in these guides is not required for admission. Students are welcome to transfer to Academy at any point in their academic career. Note: Units completed at another institution after starting a degree program at Academy will not be considered for transfer due to the deadline requiring all official transcripts to be on file prior to completion of the first term at Academy. NOTE: Degree requirements are subject to change. This guide is only applicable for students applying for the Fall 2015 semester.
