The graduate has reliably demonstrated the ability to use fundamental knowledge of components and interrelationships of the supply chain management system. 1.1 Use a working knowledge of manufacturing resource planning (MRP II) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems 1.2 Recognize the importance of supply chain integration in ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service 2. The graduate has reliably demonstrated the ability to employ a working knowledge of operations processes and systems required in manufacturing, distribution, and services. 2.1 Use a working knowledge of current product/service design processes 2.2 Apply knowledge of industry standard technology for manufacturing, distribution, and service operations processes 2.3 Plan for preventive maintenance of operations processes 2.4 Participate in the development of strategies to support operational requirements 2.5 Recognize the relationship between current operational priorities and the organization's strategy 2.6 Take into account the importance of design and maintenance of the physical plant, facilities, and equipment 2.7 Participate in the development of strategies for the scheduling of production and staff which support the most productive operation of a facility 2.8 Identify opportunities for re---engineering and benchmarking
