Public Administration consists of Exit Level Outcomes covering service delivery, applying public sector policy and legislation in their respective work contexts, identifying and solving problems, communications and administration. Students will gain the skills required by public officials working at an operational level responsible for implementing specific service delivery objectives within a public sector department. This qualification enables transferability of skills between the private and the public sector.
