This class fosters good decision making skills and recognizing various influences on one s health. TIME FRAME Chapter 10 Nutrition and Your Health Define and understand need for food and 2a, 2h eating habits. Define Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats Food Diary and nutritional value.
