Work Experience A1. Forensic Psychology Services Dr. Rybicki has served as an expert witness in a number of civil and criminal proceedings, with deposition, court testimony, and arbitration experience. He has worked in cases of competency to stand trial, insanity pleas, mitigation, child custody cases, chemical dependency and DUI, as well as personal injury cases including neuropsychological evaluation and testimony. Some of the cases have settled for significant awards (1 million dollar amounts). Experience includes assessment, reports, depositions, and testimony in cases with victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse and harassment.
