Dr Colin Neil, BDS (Univ. of Bristol) MFDS RCS (Royal College of Surgeons England), MSc (Masters degree in Implant Dentistry, Univ. of Warwick), Diploma Dental Sedation (King s College, London) Dr Neil is joint principal dentist at Confident Dental Care and in addition to his extensive training in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry and surgery, has innovated many exciting new treatments offered at the practice including dental implants, the Inman aligner (rapid tooth straightening), facial aesthetics and conscious sedation for anxious patients. Dr Neil is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and he teaches implant dentistry to other dentists in his role as a tutor and examiner for the University of Warwick MSc degree programme in Implant Dentistry and as an accredited Clinical Coach for Astra Tech Dental Implants and Mentor for the Association of Dental Implantology. 3 Professional Care for you Confident Dental Care, Stroud was founded by Dr Ewa Rozwadowska in Dr Neil joined the practice in 2007 and in 2010, became joint owner of the practice. Our philosophy of care is and always will be, preventive and this approach extends through all we do at the practice. Dr Ewa Rozwadowska, BDS (Univ. of Birmingham) Dr Rozwadowska has over 30 years of dental experience and is best known for her special interests creating brand new smiles for patients far and wide through her Smile Designs. Ewa is a committee member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD), along with a host of other dental societies and attends numerous courses, getting the very latest training on solving the most complex dental problems. Her other passion is Children s dentistry through our award winning Future Smiles programme. Natural confidence is something we should all enjoy. A dental care plan will be designed to suit your expectations and requirements with the individual care and attention you deserve. Emergencies We realise you cannot plan ahead for toothaches so we reserve emergency time each day. Please telephone the practice before am to arrange a special appointment. For emergencies at weekends please telephone the practice, where you will receive instructions on how to contact the emergency rota provided by the Stroud Association of Dentists. (There is a fee for weekend call outs. Please see our in an emergency section on the menu bar of the website). Appointments Appointments are arranged to suit the treatment you require and can be made either by dropping in to see us at the practice, by phone on , by reception@confident-dental-care.co.uk or via our website at www. confident-dental-care.co.uk. If you are unable to keep a treatment or check-up appointment, please help us to allocate the time to another patient by giving us at least 48 hours notice. A fee will be charged for appointments missed or cancelled at short notice (less than 48 hours notice). Our payment policy We strive to make your treatment plan as clear and simple as possible. You will be given your own copy of your plan to take away and consider. As far as possible, we endeavor to provide you with all costs before treatment commences so that there are no surprises when it comes to making a payment. We have a range of payment options and will work with you to ensure that the treatment is affordable. If any dental treatment fails due to defective workmanship or materials within one year, we will replace it free of charge. This includes laboratory items, provided they have been correctly maintained and checked. Sterilisation We wish to ensure your complete protection from the possibility of cross-infection. All instruments used in our practice are autoclaved (high pressure steam sterilised), disposable, or chemically disinfected. Surgical gloves and masks are worn routinely.
