1 Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference Log in to Traveport Training Services You can access Travelport Training Services for the US or CA through the Galileo 360 Portal. 1. Your login begins by entering the URL below of the country of choice. [ US ] [ CA ] Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
2 The Home page of the portal will display for the country you selected above. The layout is the same for both countries.. Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
3 2. On the left side of the home page click on Travelport Training Services The Travelport Training Services screen appears. Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
4 3. Under the Quick Links click on Training Register, launch, or cancel classes 4. Another country screen will now appear in the event your country selection above was for Canada and you want to select English or French Canadian. Click on the country of choice. 5 5. The Travelport Training Services Login screen appears. Enter your Apollo sign-on without the SON/Z or ZD prefix and your initials, and click Continue. For example, if your sign on is SON/ZRS, type RS into the Apollo Sign-on field If you are signing on for the first time, a profile create screen appears. Enter your personal data, then click on the Create Profile button to enter the Travelport Training Services Portal. Note: If you accessed the system and previously completed the profle create screen and it displays again, you have most likely entered a different login, pseudo city, or initials. Completing the profile create screen again creates a duplicate record or transcript for you. As profiles CAN NOT be merged training transcripts can be better managed with one profile. 6 Registering for Travelport Training Services Courses You can participate in both self-paced online and instructor-led courses online and classroom. From your Travelport Training Services Home Page you can register for a class one of three ways. 1, By clicking on class links in the center of the News Page. 2. Typing a keyword in Catalog Search box or 3. Selecting a category at the bottom of News page. Registering through Class Links 1. On the News Page or Welcome Screen you can click on any class title found in either Instructor Led Online Classes, or Classroom Classes. For Self Paced Tutorials click on title on each column. 7 2. When you click on a desired course title, the search screen displays with your choices of class dates. Click the Register button of your desired class. 3. The Submit screen appears indicating whether Registration is Allowed or the class is full and it s Going to the Waiting List Click the Submit button to continue Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
8 Finally upon clicking on the Submit button. The Activity Details will display with some valuable information about your class plus the the option to cancel the registration in the event you registered in error. Note: When you register for an instructor-led course, Travelport Training Services sends a confirmation notice. This notice includes important information, such as cancellation policy, access information for online classes, and location information for classroom classes. Once you register for a class, they will appear on the left shortuct section on your Home page. These shortcuts can be added or removed by clicking on the profile link found on the top right corner of your home page then by clicking on preferences Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
9 Registering through Search by Keyword If you know a full or partial course title, the easiest way to search for courses is by entering a keyword in the Catalog Search option of the Home page. You can also search by topic name. Use the following steps to search for a course. 1. In the Catalog Search box, type a keyword and then click GO. Include an asterisk after a partial keyword, e.g., leisure*, if you do not know the complete keyword or are unsure of the spelling. A list of courses containing the keyword appears. At this point the process is the same as mentioned above in the section Registering through Course Links Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
10 Registering through Search by Category If you want to narrow the list of courses to a group of similar courses, start by searching by category. 1. Click a country or selling skills category hyperlink under the Apollo System, or Galileo System category heading. Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
11 A list of all courses for the selected category appears. Note: From here you can further refine the course list by selecting a subcategory or including a keyword and clicking GO. When you find the course you want you will see the same register screens as we saw above in the previous two methods of registering for a course. 12 Self Paced - Tutorials When searching for Self-Paced Tutorials you can now launch the class without having to register for it. Just click on the green arrow button Search and Register for Travelport Training Services Courses Quick Reference, October
