The Natural Resources Defese Coucil s Ceter for Market Iovatio (CMI) has established a High Performace Teat Demostratio Project (the Project ) aimed at acceleratig demad for high performace teat spaces i the commercial office market by demostratig their ecoomic beefits. The Project aims to promote the compoudig effect of ower/teat collaboratio, as teats who value high performace spaces choose to locate or remai i buildigs Eergy efficiecy opportuities ad gree fit-outs i teat spaces ofte go had i had with improved work eviromet ad employee productivity. Coupled with tagible bottom lie improvemet, which CMI s first set of projects are demostratig, there s a compellig busiess case for icorporatig eergy efficiecy measures i commercial buildigs.
