The firm cnducts a wide range f prfessinal wrk including building surveying, valuatins, rent reviews and lease renewals, cmmercial prperty management and cmmercial sales & lettings. Due t cntinued business grwth, Kemptn Carr Crft is lking t recruit an experienced inbund marketing crdinatr t be based at its head ffice in Maidenhead. Persn specificatin & rle summary Using data driven insights yu will wrk t deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive new business leads, prmte awareness f and generate interest in KCC s services with its key audiences. We are lking fr an enthusiastic, talented and creative inbund marketing specialist wh will be respnsible fr understanding and delivering activities including search engine ptimizatin, scial media, landing page cnversin testing, nline advertising, marketing and autmatin t attract web traffic, cnvert traffic int new leads and nurture thse leads until marketing qualified. Yu will then encurage custmer retentin and repeat business by cntinuing t engage with them as clients. The successful candidate will pssess a dual-minded wrking style, being bth highly creative and an excellent writer but als prcess-driven and able t use data t make decisins. Yu will have a flexible and can-d wrking attitude, be pr-active, self-mtivated and able t multi task extensively t meet n-ging deadlines t a high standard. Yu will wrk with, and reprt t the Head f Marketing and Cmmunicatins t plan and deliver marketing campaigns in line with business grwth plans. As part f a small team in a grwing firm, this is a demanding rle that requires excellent cmpetency acrss a brad marketing skill set and fr yu t take full wnership f yur wrk and its impact n the business. The rle requires a minimum f 2 years digital marketing experience, with an emphasis n cntent creatin, marketing autmatin and SEO.
