5 Enriched Online Learning 2013 Delivery Sound underlying technology Blackboard upgrade has fixed major issues with editing of course content, Blogs, Wikis and Discussions Obsolete tools have been removed or replaced 8 weeks of full-time system testing has only identified 51 defects so far and none of them are showstoppers We now have a framework for future upgrades: System configuration documentation Integrated test environments Bank of around 400 reusable test cases Performance testing strategy University of Adelaide 5
