2 Applying for admission to the MBA program & MHA Programs Submit a graduate application for admission use your BJC address $50.00 application fee is waived: WAIV Request your undergraduate degree conferred transcript sent to the following address: Office of Admission ATTN: BJC Cohort Program 470 East Lockwood Ave. St. Louis, MO Pursuing a second master s degree (sequential)? We will need both your undergraduate and first graduate degree conferred transcripts. Transcripts must be received before advising appointment in March
