Using the POS Magic SQL Membership/Loyalty/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software combined with the POS Terminals provides a total solution for your venue. All reports, letters and mailing labels can be selected by Membership status, Membership classification, current points etc. Caters for Venues with no membership fees or yearly renewals by still providing a Members Loyalty scheme. Members can have Cards with a magnetic stripe, or cards with a bar code label produced by the POS Magic SQL software. Store home and optional mailing address (if different from home) for all members. , SMS or Print letters and labels for Members Birthday invitations. Store address and merge Members personalised s or SMS. Store Member's photos. Load Member Photos using the automatic photo transfer capabilities in POS Magic SQL. Works with any TWAIN device which includes digital cameras and scanners. Member s name and address can be printed on a Receipt printer at the POS Magic Touch (for official Member Tax Receipts). 4 Loyalty Campaigns Loyalty campaigns provide a means of tracking a range of products to a particular Customer and then providing some type of reward after a set number of purchases. An example of this is a Coffee Card that entitles you to a free coffee on your 10th Coffee purchase. Point of Sale in any of the locations that are part of the same group of Hotels or Clubs. The campaign feature is part of the Global Loyalty in POS Magic SQL Back Office software so customers can make purchases in different venues and the same campaign rules will apply. This means that the Coffee Cards can be used in different coffee shop locations and customers will still receive their rewards. All transactions provide an audit trail in the back office for loyalty balancing purposes. Stop abuse of manual punch cards that provide no audit trail of how many purchases have been made before giving away something for free. All campaign features are automatic, simply by swiping a Loyalty Card with no additional training required for staff on operational procedures. SMS or promotions can be converted into a campaign to provide the reward program offered in the promotion Sanyo Data Systems - Australia Ph: for more information Campaigns can be managed so that they are only active or offered between selected periods in order to encourage repeat business or more business during quieter trading periods. This is used in University food service where Students are entitled to one free breakfast, lunch and dinner per day and the card cannot be abused by friends getting free meals. The campaigns feature has also been used successfully by community groups to limit the consumption of alcohol by any person to a maximum of 6 drinks per day. 5 Customer Advertising with Digital Signage Sometimes, Customers are undecided about their purchase until they walk in the door. With the power of targeted advertising of promotions or products on the Customer facing displays you will find that they will be reading the advertising while watching the sales journal. The advertising screens are integrated into the Point of Sale Terminal and the graphic designs can be created locally at the POS or sent via the Back Office or Head Office, depending on the customer's requirements. POS Magic Touch includes a FLASH Graphics designer to allow for quick "add hoc" designs to be created or edited with minimal effort. This allows customers to quickly change their promotions or offer run out specials on products that are near their expiry date. Run vendor funded promotions to recover any loss of margin during the promotion. POS Magic digital signage is a cost effective tool to design, schedule and manage advertising media on customer facing displays on the POS or around the Venue You can broadcast updated advertising media from Head Office to remote venues via the integrated POS updates. All scheduling is contained in the files and managed by the individual POS. Target your advertising to match your POS promotions for specific times of the day or night and watch your sales grow. Use any sized screens where your FLASH advertising will scale to fill the screen. Display video clips with sound or simple animated flash depending on your creative talents.
