Registrar Infrmatin Phne/Fax Numbers: Please make sure that phne and fax numbers include the cuntry and area cdes. Address (Nrmal ntificatins): Please prvide an address where regular ntificatins will be sent. Address (Lw credit ntificatins): Please prvide an address where lw-credit ntificatins will be sent. As a lw-credit balance may affect yur ability t register dmains, please make sure the address prvided is actively mnitred. Address (Urgent ntificatins): Please prvide an address where urgent ntificatins frm the Registry will be sent. This shuld typically g t an pager r t a mailbx that is mnitred 24 hurs per day. Address (Dmain name transfers): Please prvide an address where ntificatins fr dmain name transfers will be sent. Registrar Web Server URL: Please prvide the URL f yur primary business Web server. This URL will be used fr all referrals frm the Registry t yur cmpany. Registrar Client Subnets In rder t access the prductin Shared Registry System (SRS), the registrar must infrm the registry f the IP subnets frm which the registrar's servers will access the SRS. This requirement is a security pre-cautin t restrict access t the SRS. IP subnets submitted must be unique due t the Registry s system cnfiguratin requirements. Registrars wishing t share IP subnets must cmplete the Registrar Prxy Frm. Nte: If a registrar chses t share IP subnets withut a prxy ntificatin t the Registry, the unauthrized prxy registrar will nt be allcated additinal cnnectins. As such, the prxy registrar s existing number f cnnectins will be shared by all registrars utilizing the same IP subnets, and the Registry will nt be aware f impacts that culd result frm IP changes. 2 Each registrar may specify: A maximum f 3 IP subnets A maximum f 96 hsts between the three IP subnets The ranges must be written in CIDR frmat (e.g /27 where the "/27" represents the length f the subnet). We cannt accept any ranges belw a /26 range (i.e. /25, /24, etc). CIDR frmat dictates the number f hsts within each range. The ranges are as fllws: /26 = 64 hsts /27 = 32 hsts /28 = 16 hsts /29 = 8 hsts /30 = 4 hsts /31 = 2 hsts /32 = 1 hst Examples f valid subnets include: One subnet f 64 hsts (e.g /26) One subnet f 64 hsts and ne subnet f 32 hsts r less (e.g. subnet #1 as /26, which represents 64 addresses t ; and subnet #2 as /27, which represents 32 addresses t Three subnets f 32 hsts r less (e.g. subnet #1 as /27, which represents 32 addresses t ; subnet #2 as /27, which represents 32 addresses t ; and subnet #3 as /27, which represents 32 addresses t ) The specified subnets must fall n valid bit bundaries. Fr example, a subnet specified as /27 is nt acceptable because ".1" is nt a valid bundary fr a /27 subnet. The fllwing table defines the valid bundaries fr each subnet length. They shuld be respnsible fr the registrar's peratins and have the decisin-making ability t act n behalf f the registrar in technical related issues. Billing Cntacts: Billing Cntacts are the financial and billing representatives f the registrar.
