1 NRSP Bank Savings products NRSP BEHTREEN CURRENT ACCOUNT This is an account that has no minimum balance requirement, is easy to open, and provides ultimate transactional convenience (mostly free of cost), including a free On-line Facility. This account is primarily focused towards customers who need to transact more frequently, such as Farmers, Urban Low-Middle Income, Rural Salaried and Self Employed segments, such as Small Business Entities etc. NRSP shall open this account for all of their Borrowing Customers, disburse Loans into these accounts and let them use this as their normal checking account, in which they draw their loans, repay their loans(fully or partially), and do their normal daily banking transactions. Account Opening Minimum Balance Maximum Balance Cheque Book Cash Deposit and Withdrawal Online Facility Cheque Clearing Pay Order, Demand Draft, and Call Deposit Receipt Non-interest Bearing Current Checking Account All Pakistani Nationals with Valid CNIC, and positive KYC/ AML checks Rs. 50/- Nil Free 1 st Cheque Book of 25 leaves, thereafter charge at cost to Bank Unlimited free of cost Deposit, withdrawals, transfers to Own & 3rd Party Accounts within NRSP Branch Network free of charge Free of charge Free of charge Utility Bills Payments Free of charge NRSP MUKAMAL SAHULAT ACCOUNT This is a Savings Account, designed to address the needs of the poor segments primarily, and in doing so it also becomes a very attractive product for higher socio-
2 economic segments. Therefore, customers such as farmers and business person can deposit their amounts and withdraw from such when they need it. This account has no minimum balance requirement, is easy to open, offers a competitive profit rate and provides ultimate transactional convenience (mostly free of cost), including a free On-line Facility hence all socio-economic segments can be targeted through this offering. In future NRSP MFBL may open all Community Organization Accounts in this category. Interest paid bi-annually (subject to time to time change by bank) 1st 10 / 25 leaf Cheque Book free, thereafter charge at cost to bank Unlimited and at no cost to customer Free Deposit, withdrawals, transfers to Own & 3rd Party Accounts within the NRSP Branch Network free of charge Free of Charge Asan Bachat Savings Account is built for the poor & middle income segments in both rural and Urban Low-Middle Income areas. This account has no restriction of maintaining minimum balance. People in the poor segments generally are not able to save in bulk, they generate small amounts of savings on an ad-hoc basis, want this amount to be kept in a safe place, want to make a good return on these funds, and want easy and immediate access to their funds. It provides them a low entry point,
3 the flexibility to save as and when savings occur, it offers them higher returns for higher levels of savings, as well as easy & flexible access to their funds. Tiered Interest Bearing Saving Account with limited checking facilities Account Opening Minimum Balance Pricing Profit Calculation Profit Payment All Pakistani Nationals with Valid CNIC, and positive KYC / AML Rs. 50/- NIL No maximum limit. Tiered Pricing as per attached Rate Sheet Profit will be calculated on a daily balance basis attracting the requisite tiered rate (as per Rate Sheet) Profit will be paid on a calendar half year basis PRICING Balance Tiers Price Up to Rs. 100,000/- 6.50% Rs. 100,001 to Rs. 500,000/- 7.00% Rs. 500,001/- to Rs. 1000,000/- 8.00% Rs. 1000,001/- plus 9.00% The Bank Management may offer Special Rates (higher than the ones mentioned above) for any specific transaction in the best interest of Bank, however these offerings must have proper justification and must be approved by the President on a case to case basis. The spreads of these deals should remain positive at all times and monitored by the Liability Product Manager. MAHANA BACHAT ACCOUNT Mahana Bachat Account has been designed to address the needs of the low class segments. This account, is easy to open with minimum of Rs.50 and offers a competitive profit rate varying from 6% to 8.50% and provides ultimate transactional convenience (mostly free of cost), including a free On-line Facility. Hence all socio-economic segments can be targeted through this offering.

5 TANZEEM BACHAT ACCOUNT This is an especially designed joint saving account operated by the President and Manager of the Community Organization under resolution by two third majority of the members, duly approved by the Regional Manager Credit / Regional Head. This is to encourage the compulsory savings of community in relation to the loan borrowed from the Bank. This product supports the objective of the Bank, to help the poor community under the community participatory methodology. The profit is calculated on minimum monthly balance basis. Time bound, Interest Bearing, Joint Saving Account Minimum for CO Rate of Return All eligible CO`s of NRSP Bank 10% of exposure to loan No limit 6% per annum (subject to time to time review by the Bank) Semi-Annually KISSAN BACHAT ACCOUNT This is a Savings Account which has been designed to address the needs of the small farmers who are the members of CO`s and want to maintain an individual account instead of Tanzeem Bachat Account. This account offers a competitive profit rate of 6% currently and provides ultimate opportunity for the compulsory saving by marking the lien based on specified share of the loan of account holder. Interest Bearing Saving Account with limited checking facilities Account Opening Minimum Balance Profit / return Profit Calculation Members of all eligible CO`s of NRSP MFBL Rs. 50/- As per lien marked based on the loan amount 6% per annum (subject to time to time review by the Bank) No maximum limit. 10 NRSP ZIADA MUNAFA TERM DEPOSIT This account caters for funds that people want to keep away for a fixed term ranging from 1 month to 1 year. Since NRSP MFBL is a Bank for the Poor, and want to target the medium size segment as well for deposit generation, this is a standardized profitable scheme offers one Rate Sheet for all deposit sizes (with rates varying for different tenors) like this the good rates become available to the poor as well as other segments alike. Additionally, lending against Term Deposits will also be allowed, albeit against a certain minimum deposit volume. Minimum for TD Profit Rates Tenure Rs. 1,000/- and thereafter multiples of Rs. 1,000/-. As per given below pricing 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month and 1 Year Rollover of Term Deposit Rollovers allowed at maturity, as per clients request Credit limit PRICING Up-front, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and on Maturity Allowed and profit shall be paid as per Mukamal Saholat Saving Account Allowed up to 90% of principal amount or Rs. 150,000 whichever is lower 1. There is no discrimination on balance, and this has been done to facilitate small savers who will get the option to save at higher rates and longer tenures. 2.
