5 The Illinois Protocol for Partner Abuse Intervention Programs Developed by the Male Responsibility/Abuser Services Committee of the IDHS Domestic Violence Advisory Council 1990 Protocol Section I Male Perpetrators of Women Abuse 1994, Revised 2000, st Applications to IDHS for Compliance recognition 1995 The Illinois Department of Human Services Administrative Code for the Office of Community Health and Prevention, Title 89, Part 501 Partner Abuse Intervention - Adopted April 2001
6 Admin Rule Administrative Rule requires IDHS to approve, fund, and monitor Partner Abuse Intervention Programs, and provide Protocol required training in abuser services.
