Our sales enablement solutions drive sales execution by giving sales reps quick access to the resources, coaching and collaboration needed to engage buyers and deliver information at the right stage of the buying process. We are headquartered right off the beach in Melbourne, Florida and are looking to increase our team to help support our growing company. Position Summary We are looking for a swift expert who eats, sleeps and breathes coding. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, efficient, self- driven, seasoned professional who can quickly produce mobile applications to accompany our SaaS- based sales enablement product suite. In this role, you will develop a brand new app from the ground up. This app will be used by global, enterprise- level organizations, so you must be motivated by innovation and able to think strategically about the widespread impact of the app s usability. We re looking for someone who works hard AND smart. They must be a continuous learner who is committed to self- improvement. The role will require collaboration with multiple departments (sales, design, marketing, etc.), so the ability to actively participate and communicate effectively is essential. 2

3 Responsibilities Coding, coding and a little bit more coding Develop clear and attainable goals and practical plans to achieve those goals Collaborate with other teams and departments on app design and functionality Rapidly produce prototypes and present concepts to teams and management Stay up to date with latest ios technology Develop an understanding of the app s purpose and plans to maximize impact Essential Skills & Abilities Guru in Swift 2.0 Proficient with Xcode Knowledge of ios 6+ Experience with ios UI control Experience with REST Service API Experience with Objective- C Familiar with Agile development Familiar with subversion or GitHub repository system Proven track record of app development, with at least one app published in the App store Knowledge of user experience a plus Knowledge of Android development a plus Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in programming, including 3 years of experience in ios development Education: Bachelor s degree (Master s degree or higher a plus) or equivalent work experience 3
