We have been fortunate to have recently hired four new professionals to support our Infor and IBM customers and the latest Infor and IBM technologies. Below is a brief biography of each: Dale C., located in WI, was hired as our internal IT Manager. Dale has many years of IBM iseries and network and infrastructure experience. Dale has responsibility for ISE s corporate systems and our Infor XA systems and environments. Dale also assists with customer system and upgrade requirements. Joanne D., located in Charlotte, NC, was recently hired as a Financial Consultant. Joanne has many years of financial and manufacturing experience, including senior financial positions with large manufacturing and distribution companies. Joanne just recently became Infor XA Certified and Infor CPM certified. Mike T., located in WI, joined ISE as a Senior Programmer/Analyst. Mike has over 20 years of experience with Infor XA and IBM iseries. His primary role will be programmer/analyst with RPG, Enterprise Integrator, System Link and Rationale skills, but Mike has also extensive IBM iseries operations support experience and has performed multiple Infor XA upgrades. Dave S., located in Northern Illinois, recently joined ISE as a Senior Manufacturing Consultant. Dave has over 20 years of Infor XA experience as a customer and consultant. Dave has worked with Infor XA manufacturing applications and processes in a variety of customer projects.

2 ISE Promotes Richard Shew to Director of Consulting Services Richard Shew has just been named ISE Director of Consulting Services. Richard has been a Senior Manufacturing Consultant with ISE for the past few years. Prior to working for ISE, Richard served as Vice President Professional Services for an Infor Channel Partner and prior to that, Richard was an Infor XA consultant and an Infor XA customer. Richard will have responsibility for all services personnel and projects at ISE. Paper-Less Corner New Pick To Ship for Paper-Less Pick to Ship with MV2 provides a process management tool that allows you to monitor all stages of customer order picking activity within your company from inventory to staging through to shipment. Pick to Ship provides a Shipping Management tool from which you can review pick list requirements and inventory availability. You can optionally assign pick lists to specific employees for priority management purposes so that material handlers can immediately review their workload from their mobile app devices. Material handlers can sort their pick lists in Item or Location sequence as to streamline the picking process according to their needs. The touchscreen mobile device will allow them to select an item from any warehouse stock location, and simply enter the quantity being picked. Meanwhile, the Shipping Administrator can monitor every pick list, review what items have been picked from stock and have been moved to staging locations, analyze which orders can be processed for shipping and generate the shipment transactions directly from their desk. Pick to Ship handles various types of item: stock and non-stock items, kits and serialized parts Be able to view customer s shipping instructions and customer order shipping details online. Material handlers can satisfy pick list requirements immediately through use of mobile app. Paperless processing Shipping Administrator can apply carrier information and generate shipment.
