Preparatory Faculty Forms and rules for participation in the Conference 1. Oral report in English (10 minutes) without thesis. 2. Oral report with the publication of thesis (slides: report in English, accompaniment in Ukrainian). 3. Publication of thesis. (English). 4. Poster presentation (English). Conference languages: English (provided an advantage), Ukrainian, Russian. Conference proceedings will be published in the book of thesis of the Conference. To participate in the Conference you have to present before March 10, 2014: 1. thesis; 2. application form; 3. receipt of payment of the registration fee.

3 Thesis requirements: thesis are sent in the editor MS Word doc (not higher than version) or rtf; volume 1 or 2 complete pages of A4 (1 page is equal to 45 lines); fields top 2 cm, bottom 2 cm, left 2 cm, right 2 cm; font Times New Roman; size 14; spacing 1.2; the name of thesis is in bold, capital letters, the following line specifies the name and initials of the author (s), below the full name of institution, city, country, on the next line e mail of the author with whom to correspond to; authors academic titles and scientific degrees are not given; in the text of the thesis the purpose of the research, materials and methods, results and conclusions should be stated. Abbreviations and terms in the title of the theses are not permitted. References to literature are not specified. A system of SI units is used. Abbreviation stands after the first mention in the text and does not change throughout the work; in decimal point should be used (eg, 0.1 or 0.358). Symbols «<», «>», «%», «±» are written without separation from previous characters, for example, p <0.95, t> 37 C, 16%, 0.23±0.01. In the text of the thesis bold, italics, and other decorating techniques are not used; file names: thesis number of the session_thesis_full name (eg, 1_thesis _Ivaschenko A.G.); application form application form_full name (eg, application form_ivaschenko A.G.); receipt of payment of the registration fee payment_full name (eg, payment_ivaschenko A.G.) Providing of materials The electronic version of thesis, completed application form and a scan copy of the receipt of the registration fee are sent as three separate files in one letter to the e mail of the Organizing Committee of the Conference conf_nfau@mail.ru Two printed out copies of thesis with the signatures of all authors (in which you must specify the session), two printed out completed application forms and the original of the receipt of payment of the registration fee are sent by mail to the scientific and research department of the National University of Pharmacy (str. Pushkinska, 53, Kharkiv, Ukraine, 61002). If you wish to provide thesis on an individual basis, please contact the research department from Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 4 pm. Nota bene! Please note that on your address a notification of your thesis receipt and their acception for publacation will be sent.
