CALL TO ORDER A meeting of the Bradford County Commissioners was called to order by Chairman Doug McLinko at 10:00 a.m. VISITOR REMARKS CONCERNING AGENDA UNFINISHED BUSINESS approve the Minutes of April 19, NEW BUSINESS proclaim the month of May as Mental Health Awareness Month in Bradford County. proclaim May 3, 2012 as National Day of Prayer. renew the Cleaning Services agreement with Pam Smiley of Wysox to provide cleaning services at the Bradford County Airport for the period May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013 at a fee of fifty (50) dollars per week. renew an agreement with ESS Election Systems and Software for software license and maintenance for voting machines at a fee of $10, approve a letter of request with the Natural Resources Conservation Service to become sponsors of an Emergency Watershed Protection project to restore damages sustained in Bradford County by storms in September approve a cooperative agreement with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for the Emergency Watershed Protection project to restore damages sustained by floods in September approve a contract with Tioga Point Museum for the Environmental Education grant for Exploring Butterflies and Moths in the amount of $ approve an Amendment (Amended Payment Schedule) to Unit of Service Funding Agreement between Bradford County Human Services and Main Link for the period March 1, 2012 through June 30, Total Contract amount is $87, approve a Purchase of Service Agreement between Bradford County Human Services and Duane D. Clark for the period April 5, 2012 through April 4, 2013 at a rate of $25.00 per hour. approve a Business Associate Language Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Compliance between Bradford County Human Services and Duane D. Clark
