2 page 2 Attract Clients and Clone Your Best Customers Attract warm calls work smart be strategic! Infiltrate "target" industries, niches and high potential prospects. (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, financial, wellness, HR) Clone your best prospects and customers! Ask your customers, prospects and referral sources two key questions: Name of client/prospect: 1. I m hoping you can help me. I d like to do more business with customers like you and want to learn more about the industry. May I ask what professional association you belong to and what industry meetings you attend? Would it be possible for me to attend a meeting, host a panel, speak, or even sponsor a breakfast? association: 2. What online newsletters, blogs or industry periodicals do you read? Speak at an industry meeting attended by your clients/prospects and deliver a valuable educational message. Publish an article in an industry journal or association digital newsletter. Post comments on blogs read by your prospects and customers. Offer valuable tips, address their challenges and be viewed as an expert and mini-celebrity! Social media marketing it s all about joining a community with your clients/prospects! 1. Join LinkedIn and invite your satisfied customers to link with you. Ask for a recommendation. (Contract with a virtual assistant on Craigslist.) 2. Scan all the connections of your customers/prospects and ask for a referral. 3. Note what popular groups your top prospects and clients belong to and join a few in your target market.

3 page 3 Be an Expert, Educate, Add Value - The Key to Differentiate What problem or pain do you solve for your customers? What dreams do you fulfill in certain niche target markets? Think of some successful client promotions and consulting you delivered with excellent results. What specific problem or pain did you solve? What dream did you achieve for the client? Client Pain Client Dream Be sure to include the pain you solve, the dreams you create, and the solutions you offer in your presentations, on your website, in all marketing materials and social media announcements. Identify prospects and clients in your industry niche with similar pains and dreams Brand yourself as an expert - publish articles, post comments, speak and educate on a hot topic. Partner with industry and professional associations to deliver a teleseminar or webinar to their members addressing a common challenge. Offer periodic teleseminars or webinars to your own database. Hot Topic/Titles (insert pains and dreams in your headline): How to Avoid/Increase Are You Getting/Concerned Five Pitfalls/Proven Ideas to Other
