44 IU SharePoint Users Group Architectural Overview Business Intelligence Centers (BI Centers) Where the report developers reports building takes place Knowledge worker (functional analysts reports builders ) Within the departmental BI Center developers and analyst can create data sources to multidimensional systems such as Oracle and SQL Analysis servers, Excel services, lists from SharePoint and other sources such as websites, and SQL server database servers. in addition you can create dashboards using report objects such as indicators, scorecards, KPI s, analytic charts, analytic grids, strategy maps, reporting services to display data in a format that helps make decisions. Access to the Analysis Services Database using the SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 to create cubes, dimensions, etc

The tools you use to build the reports run on the SharePoint server meaning you can access reports and create and design from most anywhere using Internet Explorer, Firefox (with plugin), and other supported browsers. You can access any and all reports using Common Client Browsers and most mobile and tablet devices. More to come as we continue testing.
