9 9 Payment & Cancellation Policies All advertisers must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of their total advertisement insertion price at the time of reservation. Billing for the remaining 50% of each month s insertion price will occur the week after an advertiser s insertion appears in the e-newsletter. Advertisers may choose to be billed for the entire cost of their insertion at the time of reservation. Payment forms accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and corporate checks. Cancellation Deposits made for advertising space are non-refundable. Cancellation of ad reservations must be made in writing no later than two (2) weeks prior to newsletter date in order to avoid payment of the remaining 50% of that month s insertion price. Cancellations made after that time will be billed the full advertising rate for the reserved space. Unless alternate arrangements have been made with a member of the GuideStar editorial staff, failure to provide requested ad information, including artwork and URL, shall be considered a cancellation of that month s insertion and will be billed accordingly.
