1 TOM PARKER LTD. - QUALITY STANDARD SURVEY RESPONSE DOCUMENT For over 40 years Tom Parker Ltd has been the experts choice for pneumatic and hydraulic products in the UK. As a consequence we receive many quality surveys from our customers, typically called vendor assessments or supplier quality surveys. These are either intended to allow our customers to prove they are carrying out quality development with their customers, or used to evaluate us as a supplier. This document is intended to help respond to this type of survey. More critical surveys to assess finer details, when required will be coordinated by the appropriate Managers detailed within this document. 5 REGULATORY & MATERIALS INFORMATION As a supplier of goods, used in a wide range of markets (including the Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Food Industries), we regularly receive enquiries concerning information and legislation on products. It is Tom Parker Ltd s policy, wherever possible, to ensure that our customers needs are satisfied, concerning information and adherence to any current legislation of the goods that we sell, whether we fall under compliance regulations or not. Our Quality Assurance Department works as an Inspection Team, to ensure that we receive the correct goods and obtain the necessary suppliers materials information and technical data for our customers requirements. If you have queries concerning RoHS, REACH, WEEE (or any other laws regarding your purchases), please don t hesitate to contact our Quality Assurance Department, who will endeavour to resolve your concerns. QUALITY DEPARTMENT This consists of three team members, the Quality and Production Manager, his Deputy and a dedicated Quality Assistant. A fourth member of the team is also called upon to assist in Internal Audits. The Department exhibits a wealth of experience that covers both Design and Manufacturing Engineering, with the main auditing tasks being conducted by our Lead Assessor. The team are responsible for the updating and maintenance of the third party evaluated Quality Management System (QMS) that was first approved by BSI almost 30 years ago. The commitment to quality is as strong as ever and the company were proud to receive re-certification for a further three-year assessment package early in The fully documented QMS is the subject of a strong internal audit schedule that assesses if the procedures comply to satisfy ISO 9001:2008 requirements and exhibit the required control of our tasks. With the issue of ISO 9001:2015, the Directors of Tom Parker Ltd. are totally committed to ensure the Quality Management System aligns with the new requirements. To this end they have already agreed to an enhanced audit plan with our BSI assessors.

6 TOM PARKER LTD. GENERAL INFORMATION HEALTH AND SAFETY Tom Parker Ltd have a formal Health and Safety Policy under the control of their Production and Quality Manager. Procedures are in place to conduct a risk assessment that identify hazards and quantifies any concerns. ENVIRONMENTAL Tom Parker Ltd conducts its operations in an environmentally responsible manner that is protective of the communities in which we operate. Our environmental policy assures compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations. WORKSHOP Our fully equipped workshops are designed for our engineers to assemble, test and certify pneumatic (up to 500 psi) and hydraulic hose (up to 30,000 psi) including the fast replacement of hose assemblies.
