STEPHAN KLEINSCHMIDT // Founder & CEO Stephan is the founder of SPEEECH. His enthusiasm for language, sound and music is the driving force for new ideas and the quest for continual improvement at SPEEECH. Stephan has 24 years of experience in the film and TV industry, beginning his career in 1989 at Germany s RTL Television in film licensing. In 1995 he started the RTL subsidiary Networx, which was responsible for dubbing all international content acquired by the RTL Group. In 1999, he took over Networx and expanded the company s international profile through strategic partnerships with content owners and creators. Alexander has been active in the recording and music industry for many years, first as a professional musician and music producer and later applying his sound engineer training to international dubbing and versioning. 5 Dedicated Quality Of Service Oliver Wiegand Head of Production Alexander Schulz Casting & Recording Management Petra Jentzsch Marketing & Sales Florian Faltermeier Sound Engineer Oliver is Head of Production at SPEEECH. He the single point of coordination for all national and international productions. His professional background includes press and investor relations for publicly traded media companies, which led him to the international versioning services industry in Starting as a production coordinator for an international language dubbing company, he has become a seasoned manager responsible for dubbing multilingual television, home video and theatrical productions. Alexander is head of the casting department at SPEEECH. He is responsible for the selection of national and international voice talent. Voices are his passion. Alexander has worked in the dubbing industry since A native of Berlin, Alexander has gained experience as a casting director in his native city at various major dubbing companies and is intimately familiar with the German talent landscape. After moving from Berlin to Munich in 1994, he began working as an independent casting director for a number of top original productions. He gained a fundamental expertise in ADR and post production of German theatrical and television films. Petra Jentzsch is responsible for marketing and sales at SPEEECH. She holds a degree in business economics and started off her career working at the sales department of an international car rental provider. In 2001 she joined a publicly traded media company, where she was appointed Marketing Director for Strategy, Licensing and Key Accounts. Since 2008 she has been managing media-related projects as a freelancer. Florian has been an Audio Engineer at SPEEECH since September He supervises studio, pre-production and voice recording. Florian practically grew up in a recording studio. His family s strong ties to the music and film industry awoke an interest in sound and music at an early age. After his training in the family studio, he completed several internships with major dubbing companies, where he gained much experience in the areas of sound recording, ADR, sound design and language dubbing.
