Unlike traditional methodologies, our analytics are focused on a whole-person, long-term view of an individual s healthcare journey. Using rich datasets, such as claims, census information, purchasing data, and the Dartmouth Atlas, we are able to place or predict the placement of an individual into one of nine stages of a condition journey.
