2 Welcome to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company supplier registration site. Here you will be able to submit your information to Goodyear quickly and have the ability to access the tool and update your information at any time. This document will walk you through the steps to register and update your information using this site. Please be aware that this registration does not qualify or guarantee your company as an approved Goodyear supplier. Completing this registration does not imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. However, registering in this portal does provide enhanced visibility of your company to the Goodyear sourcing team. How do I get started? You can access the site at If you have an existing user name and password, use them to access the site. If you have forgotten your password, enter your Username and click "Forgot Password?" to have your password sent to your registered Address. If you do not have an account on the Goodyear supplier registration site, click on the button New User Registration. This will take you to the new supplier registration page. 2

3 You will be asked to enter the following information to begin the registration process. Note: * indicates mandatory field General Company Information: *Company Name *Company Address *City *Country *State/Province/Region *Zip/Postal Code *Company Phone Number *Company Fax Number Assigned U.S. Federal Tax ID Dunn & Bradstreet Number (if applicable) Company Web Site URL If you have more than one company to register under your name, you will be able to do so within the Supplier website administration area. Primary Contact Information: *Name *Title *Phone Number 3

4 Fax Number * (this will be used as your log-in username) You will be able to add additional contacts within the Supplier website administration area. Create a Password You will be asked to provide a password consisting of 7characters and containing at least 1 number. Goodyear Code of Conduct You must either read and agree to the Goodyear Code of Conduct or upload a pdf of your company s code of conduct for acceptance by Goodyear before you can submit your registration. If you submit your company s code of conduct, your registration will not be final until it is accepted by Goodyear. You must verify that you are authorized on behalf of your company to accept Goodyear s Code of Conduct. You may review the Goodyear Code of Conduct at before beginning registration. After you accept the code of conduct and submit the initial information, you will receive an with a link and instructions to login and complete the supplier profile. 4

5 Completing the Supplier Profile After you receive the and log into the application, you will be directed to your company s information which was entered in the initial registration step. Please note that all required fields must be satisfied in order for your entries to 'save'. General The general business information will be pre-populated with information previously entered. Contacts The contact information will be pre-populated with information previously entered. You may add additional contacts at this time.
