This is the minimum set of information that is expected in a G- Cloud service definition and should be read in conjunction with the Service Description. 1.1 Pricing Model SaaS services from Multizone are priced per user per month, with some minimum numbers of users, and for 12- month contract periods. 2 cloud.co.uk 1.2 Multizone G- Cloud SaaS and SCS based service names and descriptions Code Type Service Name Service Description rscs SaaS Workforce release delivery services (rscs) Multizone's "Workforce release delivery service" (rscs) is a three month fixed cost, high impact programme intended to be the initial start point for our services for new customers. It comprises a release programme designed to end with an application set released to the workforce of the customer and to the public. It includes Workforce workshop services (wscs), the creation of the Workforce workforce as a Service (wsaas) for availability for private download, Workforce onboarding services (oscs) and the creation of the Workforce branded as a Service (bsaas) for publication for public download. G- Cloud Software as a Service bsaas SaaS Workforce branded mobile app as a Service (bsaas) wsaas SaaS Workforce workforce as a Service (wsaas) pricing for the individual services begins after three months. Multizone's "Workforce branded mobile app as a Service" (bsaas) is a customer branded set of mobile applications for Android, ios and BlackBerry provided as a service with information about the customer and its workforces activities including what s happening right now provided from open data and social networks without the need to join or log in to anything although replying and engaging with our app content may require a login. Our apps deliver proven engagement to the majority of the community who have mobile phones - a much wider demographic than traditional engagement methods like meetings and circulars, and at a much lower cost. The apps are typically free to download from the mobile phone app stores and are advert free. Features include interaction, social data, open data feeds, maps, activity ratings and push notifications to end users interested in the activities of the customer organisation and itw workforce. Multizone's "Workforce workforce as a Service" (wsaas) is the key to the widespread adoption of social engagement by a workforce. The workforce apps for Android, ios and BlackBerry smartphones allow users to confidently create genuine local timely information about their activity in the community, without wasting time, and with complete governance. Our proven apps update social networks as well as providing information for our optional free to download branded s for the public. These updates amplify and reinforce existing visible elements of workforce activity with social media network updates designed to boost local confidence and awareness, and to create an online geocoded record of the activity concerned. Governance is ensured through our platform for user and update management. The apps use social media networks and open data, and do not require any special security. The app is customised for each deployment to allow managers or other stakeholders to see activity from social networks. Multizone apps use social media networks and open data, and do not require any special security. These apps for Android, ios and BlackBerry tablet computers allow stakeholders to zero in on critical issues, workforce interventions, and outcomes and allow stakeholders to engage in dialogue about them online. The apps use social media networks and open data, and do not require any special security. Multizone's "Workforce onboarding services" (oscs) are on- site small group familiarisation days including best practices, practical examples and first use of the apps. They are designed to overcome workforce resistance and barriers to adoption by showing how the tools can help people do their work more effectively. Multizone's "Workforce customisation services" (cscs) provide Customisation and branding of the apps to the specific requirements of the organisation. Multizone's "Workforce mobile platform development services" (dscs) provides for development of additional functionality to be delivered as part of the WSEaaS service Multizone's "Workforce workshop services" (wscs) is a Leadership team workshop on the importance of Workforce Social. These workshops are vital to getting leaders in the organisation onto the same page and bought into the project action plan for successful delivery of apps that transform workforce behaviours. Multizone's "Workforce community management services" (mscs) provides Monitoring of Workforce Social from our apps as well as Content curation, Online community management, Online reputation management, Rapid reaction planning and scheduled event management sscs SCS Workforce Multizone's "Workforce on- site support services" (sscs) provide on- site support for our cloud based applications and services on- site support Service Definition Workforce apps as a Service via G- Cloud 2012 Multizone Limited 15 September 2013 Page 3

4 cloud.co.uk services (sscs) 1.3 Pricing Code Unit Price Units/Interval rscs Project/Three months bsaas 0.05 per head of target population per month wsaas 19 User/Month with a minimum of 50 users dsaas 199 User/Month oscs 500 Daily cscs 800 Daily dscs 800 Daily wscs 1000 Daily mscs 62.5 hourly sscs 62.5 hourly Pricing notes: Sharing smartphones or accounts among multiple users is not permitted. Geographic information will be that which is reasonably expected to be the catchment of the organisation concerned and agreed between Multizone and the organisation. Pricing varies above 500 users or for enterprise wide deployment. Ask for a quotation. Due to the costs involved in customisation we do not currently offer free trials and recommend our Workforce release delivery services (rscs) as the first step for organisations new to these technologies. 1.4 Service Levels There is no service level guarantee provided with the service. We provide support to named customer IT contacts only, and not directly to end- users unless separately contracted. There is no service level guarantee provided with the platform or apps. 1.5 Mobile device support Provisioning and maintenance and other policy activities are not supported by Multizone. SIM card and phone data enablement and management is the responsibility of the customer. The services require a data enabled smartphone with the sufficient capability to allow our app to run with the permissions it requires to access the internal storage of the smartphone and access the Internet. 1.6 Extended Web and lication development Multizone are able to undertake other specific web and mobile development projects as they may arise, but such work is not included in the pricing of the service. 1.7 Other professional services Multizone are pleased to provide strategic and technical consultancy services as required across a wide range of Consumer and Enterprise Collaboration technologies and are recognised subject matter experts world- wide in collaboration technologies, managed hosting services, cloud computing, mobile devices and their manufacturers, operating systems software and applications. 5 cloud.co.uk 1.8 Ordering and invoicing process The service is available for rapid provisioning and de- provisioning by , by phone or in person in the course of a meeting. Full self service capabilities for the ordering and provisioning/de- provisioning and cancelling of G- Cloud services are provided. Invoicing is monthly and the initial invoice for 50% of the Workforce release delivery services (rscs) project is to be paid in advance of the provision of any software or services. 1.9 Termination terms The initial term of service is one year. After this the service can be cancelled by either side giving three months notice. Multizone Limited reserve the right to terminate the provision of the service according to the terms of the G- Cloud contract framework More Information Further information about our service is contained in our Service definitions and Terms Of Use documents, and in market specific data sheets on our website. At such time as a Contracting Body customer organisation in the public sector (customer) places an Order for these G- Cloud Services, the details of the Services described in this Schedule will be specified in the ensuing Call- Off Agreement.
