We know your clients or members want the savings we can offer, but many think switching is too hard. So we promise them this: we ll make it easy and 99% of our customers say we succeed. And just as we make it easy for our clients, we make it easy for our partners, too. That s why major consumer brands such as MoneySupermarket, uswitch and GoCompare use Make It Cheaper to service their business switching customers.

We ve made it our mission to make the lives of business owners and decision makers a little easier whether they re responsible for a village grocery store, a national corporate powerhouse, or somewhere in between. Here s why we think we re pretty good at it: We ve helped more than 250,000 businesses save more than 500 million on their bills since we started in We re the market leader in business energy switching, with 261,327 new contracts set up the last time we counted. We have one of the widest energy supplier panels on the market but we only work with suppliers we trust. 99% of our customers say we made it easy for them to switch their contracts. Our clients value what we do for them, as our consistently high Net Promoter Scores prove. For energy it s 77% and for insurance it s 87% (where the market average is 28%).

4 For our corporate energy clients, we offer this... Comprehensive quotes. We invite energy suppliers to tender for new business and provide clients with a full illustration showing all the rates offered. Preferential rates. Many suppliers offer Make It Cheaper exclusive rates that mean customers can t get a better deal anywhere else. Long-term prices. We can offer bespoke prices to clients up to three years in advance of their contract ending, taking advantage of current market conditions. Blend and Extend. When market conditions allow, we negotiate with suppliers to offer clients new, lower prices after the initial contract has started. Contract alignment. We help clients improve efficiency by aligning the end dates of all their contracts at the earliest opportunity. New connections. We source the best prices for new meter installations, arrange the work and ensure timely connection to the grid.

5 ...and this. Renewal reminders. We re back in touch with clients when it s time to renew their contracts or we just take care of this for them through our Renew For You service. Making it easy. We re committed to making things as simple as possible for clients. For example, we will terminate any existing contracts on their behalf - and issue their new ones via . Expertise. Our consultants have an average of 2.5 years experience, while our Director of Corporate Customers has more than twenty. Ongoing support. Our relationship with clients continue after their contracts have started a relationship with us means we re on hand to help them with any issues they have with suppliers or contractors. Generation solutions. We advise clients on the practical steps they need to take to generate energy via methods such as solar panels and wind turbines. Energy efficiency. Help and advice with ESOS and energy efficiency solutions via our expert partner Eco-Nomics.

6 And here s the deal for our corporate insurance clients. Long-term contracts. We can offer many clients three consecutive one-year contracts, protecting them against annual price rises. Preferential rates. Many insurers offer us exclusive rates that mean clients get the best deal through Make It Cheaper. Policy end date alignment. If a client s building insurance ends in May and their fleet insurance ends in November - we ll match them up to make things neater. All risks covered. Our access to a range of providers and other brokers means we can cover all business risks no matter how niche they may be. Renewal reminders. We remind clients that their policy is up for renewal in plenty of time for them to find a new provider - and soon we ll be pioneering a renewal service that takes care of everything on the client s behalf. Speedy quotes. Our insurers guarantee us that, if we can t quote clients on the spot, we will be able to do so between 4 and 24 hours later. Ongoing support. We contact clients 20 and 180 days after their policies start to make sure all is well. If they want to make any mid-term adjustments, that s fine we won t charge any extra fees for making it happen. Risk mitigation. We understand clients needs and advise them on risk they might not be insured for but perhaps should be. Cyber insurance, for example.

7 FCA compliant selling. Our expert brokers are accredited by the Broker Assess training system from the Chartered Institute of Insurers and BIBA. These experts are audited monthly by our internal compliance team. We also pay for two annual company audits from external examiners Branko and Bluefin which we have never failed. In the last twelve months the compliance team has more than doubled including the hiring of a new compliance manager and an insurance compliance advisor. Robust complaints procedure that ensures all complaints are logged and dealt with in a timely manner. In the last year we haven t had any complaints escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service. In our quarterly FCA board meetings, Senior Management review our processes to ensure we re treating clients fairly and that the company remains compliant.
